This is totally incorrect, that sounds like you were dealing with medicare directly, we do enroll people but only on an inbound call so you would have had to call back and specifically begun an enrollment process.  Not to mention if you were intentionally providing false information and pretending to be someone else then then enrollment would not be valid either.

Telemarketer
This company hired me to work in their corporate offices located in Canton, Ohio in the newly renovated Hoover Sweeper Company (old building).
They claim to be a Christian company, but I willl never work for them again.

Most of their newly hired people don't make it through the first 3 months.

The best leads are given to their top 10 telemarking salespeople out of 100 telemarketers.

If the one of the management doesn't like you, they give you the crappy leads that never answer the phone so you cannot make sales and then they have a good excuse for dismissing you since you didn't meet the quota.

I've seen this dozens of times where I could never reach anybody home but the good salespeople could always be seen talking to a customer all of the time.  There was something fishy about it since they could be seen always reaching somebody home from the leads given them and I couldn't find anybody home the entire day.  IF they would answer the phone, they would hang up right away or tell you to quit calling them.
I  would stay away from working for this company because they have are not fair in the way how they distribute leads to their phone sales people.
If they don't like you for some reason, you WILL get the crappiest leads and never make sales to meet quota.
They fire ALOT of people in the first 90 days.

Do NOT believe what the lady tells you at the interview about turnover.  Turnover is ridiculous there and I would not trust this company or anything they tell you at the interview at the Canton, Ohio location on the third floor in the old Hoover building.
They mail out postcards to all the houses in Canton, begging for people to work for them during the medicare enrollment period, but after it's over in December, they begin to clear house of employees and find a way to get rid of you.   I didn't think their plan was any different from the hundreds of other medicare plans out there.

humana calls every morning between 8am and 10am for the last 7 weeks to speak with my elderly mother who is no longer able to have conversations.  I tell them to either call in the late afternoon or not to call at all, they always agree but the next morning they call anyway.
She used to be a humana customer but the cost increased as coverage decreased so we dropped them.
I have no idea why they keep calling, they refuse to tell me even tho I am power of attorney.
Just told the last ten callers that I will report them as herassing calls, so today I'll be downtown at the police station signing the form.

THE LATEST SCAM FROM THE BUYERS OF OLD DEBTS (LEGALLY UNCOLLECTABLE DUE TO THE STATUE OF LIMITATIONS), IS TO CALL AND SPEAK WITH YOU...  IF THEY CAN SHOW A COURT, THEIR PHONE RECORDS SHOWING THEY HAD  (IN FACT) SPOKEN WITH YOU,
ALL THEY NEED TO DO THEN- TO RESURRECT THE OLD DEBT, AND RESTART THE STATUE CLOCK, IS SWEAR THAT YOU MADE A PROMISE TO PAY.. OF COURSE THAT WOULD BE A LIE..  TRY AND GET THE RULING REVERSED..????????.  THEY NOW CAN LEGALLY HARRASS YOU FOR THE NEXT 3-5 YEARS, ON A DEBT THAT WAS LEGALLY A DEAD ISSUE...
DON'T SPEAK TO ANY OF THESE BOTTOM FEEDERS...  IT'S ALL A SCAM

Telemarketer
I have worked for the company responsible for all these calls. At the company, they tell us that ALL of the numbers we're calling have either sent in mailers requesting information or have entered a request on the Plan Prescriber website. I have quit because in the beginning we were only answering inbound calls, but as business slowed we began calling outbound. I never wanted to be a tele-marketer, and that is exactly what they're doing. If they call, you must say "take me off your call list" or they will call back every 15 minutes or so. And also, they claim they represent multiple insurance providers-- which they once did, but now they ONLY deal with Humana plans because of contracts Trubridge has with the company. I can tell you that the employees there have just as many questions about where the numbers we were calling came from, and we were continually lied to. I have helped many people, but anymore unless you're interested in humana plans, you're out of luck. Request the help of a local independant agent, with multiple company options so you're not stuck with something because it's the only thing a Trubridge agent can offer you. The agents are generally good people and will not worsen your situation. If they can't better your situation, they will not push you or lie to you.. but the management on the other hand doesn't care about you after they get you to sign up. After you've done your enrollment you're basically on your own, because they want their agents selling-- not "wasting time" servicing the business that they wrote. Sorry for everyone being harassed, just know it's not the agents' fault-- we were just normal good willed people trying to make a living and helping seniors through a difticult process.

A company may call a consumer for up to three months after the consumer makes an inquiry or submits an application to the company. And if a consumer has given a company written permission, the company may call even if the consumer's number is on the National Do Not Call Registry.

let me add...they send out mailers and mislead the senior into thinking they will be losing their medicare insurance if they don't reply, therefore, in fear, most seniors will return the mailer listing their info and then come the computer generated calls and the forced sales...

I hope that I have helped.

...it is all a scam.  There is a "computer generated" dialer that constantly and consistently dials out thousands of numbers until someone picks up.  Government (strict CMS) laws state that we are NOT to call out to seniors about any type of insurance.  TruBridge gets around this by telling and/or convincing the senior that they did in fact send in their information and we are "getting back to you in regards to your insurance...sorry for the delay".  Lies. Some poor seniors fell for it, they "forgot" as we were also trained to tell them....so then we would go into the speel to try to sell them a medicare advantage plan or medi-gap insurance, or a part D - whatever we could sell the..some seniors were taken out of good plans and put into another "for the sale"... this is true -  we were to sell Humana plans and ONLY Humana plans - if a Humana did NOT fit the senior we were coersed into fitting them into it - for the sale...so the the Parkers can fatter and richer and happier...

Where did they get your info you ask? They bought it. If you fit the age requirements they purchased your information....It is a scam and illegal....go to someone reputable and stay away from Trubridge, Inc/Planprescriber.com...

Received my third call of the day and this time someone spoke. Intent to help me evaluate Medicare Supplements during the extended open enrollment. I made them for this year and will stick with my choice until next year. Now let's hope the calls stop.
I do not appreciate the lack of a meaningful ID from this company. Just a phone number immediately invokes suspicion.
Hope this helps others.

Whether or not a person requests information from a company is beside the point.  Any pertson who list their phone number (cell or landline) on DoNotCall.gov is not to be called, period.  It is the law.  Obey it or you will be subject to crimminal charges.

this number calls me multiple times a day as well and have been for about 3 weeks now... i answered once during this duration and it hung up on me as well. When i called the number back tonight i got the answering machine that said it was Trubridge. I left a message asking them to put my number on their "no call" list. I will inform of whether or not it is effective.

The biggest issue i have is that i have never inquired about medicaid, or any other form of healthcare, on-line, over the phone, or in person. Why all of a sudden are they blowing my phone up? and HOW did they get my phone number!?

After reading the blog before mine from "Michigan... Inquirer", something seems kind of fishy. Is calling every fifteen minutes an employees way of getting back at him for not just accepting the fact that he is enrolled in their program like it or not? And why all of the hang-ups? Something just seems awfully suspicious. If anyone looks deeper into this please post your findings!! i will do what i can as well.  Life is indeed interesting!

What you say is not entirely true.  I had my local CVS drug store do a comparison of Part D plans and one company was definitely less expensive.  I called with questions and was pushed from person to person via transfers until I was told I had signed up for new plan. Over and over I repeated I did not want to sign up unless I had my questions answered to finish comparing plans and get the written documentation how it REALLY works.  At the end I was told I was ENROLLED. Naturally, I asked how I could be enrolled without paying money or making provisions for payment.  No answers, just repeated hammering of questions and my "yes" or "no" answers to legal questions, probably to protect them from prosecution.  This probably will not end nicely.  I received 2 calls later stating they will be sending a "confirmation" letter within 2 weeks.  I am still getting calls several times a day. Received one a few minutes ago and when I answered, they hung up. WHY?

Anyone else have actual, live experience with this scenario from the consumer's end...not cussing and rudeness....please, try polite facts.

Punchline is, I am not on Medicare, I was helping a friend. Everything was verbal, which we know will not go far legally.  Why are they still calling and hanging up?  I have NEVER mailed or sent anything written or asked anyone to call me.

Isn't life today interesting?

Event Reminder
I  worked there and every single one of you people sent a mailer back to them or visited Planprescriber.com they do not buy or sell your information and they work abiding by hippa laws and Cms so i dont know why everyone is complaning if you listen to them they are very polite and concerning and they will compare your plan to others thru Humana United health care and also Universal. Its not TELEMARKETING its responding to your DIRECT REQUESTS! turning them in will result in nothing how about you tell them to add you to thier Do not call list

You can file your complaint with the Do Not Call Registry.  I copied the link for you from their site (I use it all the time).  You can try to cut and paste.  Here it is:

https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx?panel=2

If that doesn't work, try Googling National Do Not Call Registry.  There is a place on the page you can click on to file your complaint.  I happened to see your message because I, too, got a call from this number as I was walking out the door this morning.  I was also told that they were responding because I had inquired at a website about Medicare RX plans. I have been researching that but doubt that's where they got my name and number. Good luck. If you file a complaint each and every time you get one of these unsolicited calls, they will eventually stop.  We all have to do that.

Getting several calls from this number daily. Leaves no message on my TAD. Answered last call & got the message that it was a Medicare plan. They said they were calling regards a reply I sent in. I told them I never sent in a reply to a mailing I never got. Told them I will report them if I got another call. 15 minutes later, I got another call from another "jerk" and cussed him up and down & asked him for his name as I was reporting the number to the to the "Do Not Call" thingie. The a***ole hung-up on me.
