I got a charge on my account.

I paid my PA American bill using my own banks bill pay system and was charged this 1.80 fee as well.  If you pay on the utilities web site is does say that there is a 1.80 fee which is why I sent my payment thru my banks (fee) online bill pay system.  On my bank statement the amount I sent in to PA American was $2 less than it was on my bill AND I had a separate $1.80 fee from this ORC company.

I guess I shouldn't complain as I am 0.20 ahead, but still to charge my account without my permission is uncalled for and will generate a call to PA American to lodge a complaint.

My water company charges the 1.80 because ORC handles their electronic processing.  It says explicitly when you pay the bill online you will be charged $1.80 on top of the payment.  This should always be the case.  

Make sure you know where your money is going and read the fine print before you slam a company for your own ignorance.

I was charged a Fee of $1.80 by a comp ORC to my debit checking account, because  I paid a utility bill on-line.  the company ORC, did this without telling me there would be a charge to my account ,it was undisclosed, , therefore Fraudulent , don't let them rule, they think you are a fool.
I disputed the fee with my bank they followed up immediately and the fee was waived.

ORC is a a very low deceitful company, they steal what they can while you think  you have paid you bill to a company

BECAUSE YOU MUST HAVE HAD TO PAID A 'BILL' ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE..SO THEY CHARGED YOU..LIZ!

I was charged an orc payment fee of $1.80 an my bank account. I don't know why.

this is the number for "PAYMYBILL" a s****y company that charges you $8 to pay your utility bills online.  what a scam
