Got a VM call from them instructing me to call back about a credit card. But when I called they asked for my account number which I did not provide. I did give them my cell phone number but it wasn't in their system!

This is not FIA Card Services, even if they say they are. Do not give them any information. It is a phishing scam to get your credit card number or your bank account numbers.

They call and ask for me by name and say I need to call back - and give extension 73560 then I sit on hold FOREVER - 45 mins so far - there is NO introduction on the phone call - just music and an operator that says thank you for calling "Card Service" please stay on the line and an account manager will be here shortly - then they say the next my call is important and they look forward to speaking to me. UGH!!! This is ridiculus.
