This is a collection agency. Same person called my mother. I called back for her and talked to a woman named gretchen. Evil b***hes these people are, demanding to know who I was and why the Credit Card wasn't hers, and questioning whether my charge would go through. She then preceded to ask who my mother's new husband was and i refused, telling her it wasn't necessary she knows that and I was just paying the bill. By the way, they also don't take American Express.

yeah I got a call from them on my cell phone.  I tried to call it back and whoever answred would not give me a company name no matter what I said.  I told them I would not speak to them unless I knew what the company was and they hung up.

Lisa is an employee with a fraudulent collection agency scamming people by saying they owe thousands of dollars.  if not paid they will have an officer arrest the individual.  I read your post, called the number and gave a phony number and they still tried that crap with me....no no.
