This sounds a lot like calls I was getting from a company in Oregon who was a collection agency looking for one of their deadbeats. I reported them to the Attorney General but it appears that the calls are starting again under another number.

Ditto....they call asking for DANIEL GONZALES and when I attempt to tell them I don't know who DANIEL GONZALES is...they hang up on me.......there's an APP I have installed on my phoned and added their multiple numbes to the 'spam list', that now after the first ring, sends them to nowhere!  :-)

Someone from this number called my (elderly) mom and told her they were ADT (which she does not have) and told her she owed money. Since she doesn't use ADT, this is impossible. I believe if she were totally on her own, they might would have convinced her to give them her credit card info. It upsets me that so many take advantage of the elderly.

ID always says "THE PALACE". Picked up a few times and no one there immediately, leading me to believe it is an automated, telemarketing or some other  impersonal/unwanted kind of call. Hungup. Calls usually mornings before 9AM and evenings after 6PM. I no longer answer.

Call all the time for someone else...they call all times of the day and in the evening up to 8:30 PM.  These people need to stop.  They never leave a message either.

It IS a collection agency. Mine in particular was for ADT Home Security.

BS Collection Agency that HAS to identify themselves.  Refusal violates laws.
Immediately hang up on them and send them a Cease & Desist letter (see
below) and if they keep it up - get a lawyer and sue them for $1,500 a call.

They HAVE to ID themselves!!!  That's illegal right there by every last bit of the like 5 laws and rules that cover telemarketing and collections.  If they refuse to provide their Company Name and at least their first name or ID # then you can dump the call and say whatever you'd like to them.

Well, about a week ago I began getting calls from this number. Since I am at work I don't answer, and since they leave no message, I don't call back. Today I went to their website and emailed them, asking them to either leave me a detailed message, or to cease calling me. We'll see if it works.

Very rude "customer service rep" would not identify the purpose of the call.....seemed very elusive and instantly became nervous sounding when asked any questions as to who they were.....smells like a scam to me

I keep receiving calls form 1-800-825-4425 on my work phone. Come on this is a business phone, I do not have time for playing games, I need to work. Every time I answer it is a robo call, it tells you to wait for the next available operator, so I do, then the call disconnects. I can't even find out who they want or tell them to stop. So I just want to say enough already!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received a call from them today. It showed up on the caller id as The Palace!!

Every time I answer I hear background noise like a large office. They don't get on the phone right away. When I hear that "background" noise I hang up right away because I know it is some "degenerate" call center.

A collection company trying to get me to pre-pay for services a home security company can no longer provide.
I have lost track of how many times they have call ed it usually shortly after 2:00 p.m.

Their persistence in calling my home & cell numbers looking for someone I never heard of is very suspicious and a violation of Federal regulations, amounting to harassment.  They need to be reported to the FTC, for what it's worth, the BBB, and also complain to your elected reps in DC tghat the DNC laws need to be drastically strengthened.  We don't need more gun control, we just need call control!

I would like to have this number stop calling me I have no idea who they are they call i answer and they hang up without saying anything to me this is getting annoying and I'm ready for the calls to stop.

Funny thing is... I told them repeatedly that there were phone lines that had a caller ID of THE PALACE. Never ever did they care... and by they I mean that Oompa-Loompas John Sacco VP Systems and Strategy at Apelles ever care or try and have it changed. Mr Passive Aggressive is an idiot and is the IT person there.

If they are calling for someone else, keep a record with as much info ( time and date, name of person, name of person they want to contact). Then contact a credit attorney in your area and discuss your options. So far I have had 3 companies stop harassing me. A little extra cash was nice also.

Started calling a few months ago after we got a new phone number from Verizon.

We just don't answer any calls with caller IDs with "unavailable"or "unknown" or calls with "no company name".

Obviously the prior person with our number had debt problems.

Their calls are erratic, maybe once  every two weeks I guess.

If the calls become more frequest, will use the contact  info from an earlier message.

Got a call refused to identify self

Called for my Mother-In-Law who passed away over two years ago.  She never lived at this address or used this phone number.

these people call me constantly and i don't owe anybody any money.
