Ok apparently Softbank, a Japanese company just bought Sprint, hence our problems. Good luck getting compensation etc. Here is what is online about it today:

Yes please let us know what you find out, I am having the busy & Spanish speaking problem too, it just started today 6/8/2014. It worked fine yesterday, I called Miami Florida from Missouri ...

I too have had $$ permanently put on hold by the company's unwillingness to communicate with me or to otherwise resolve this matter. It looks as though it is a fairly widespread scam. I wonder how much theft of this sort would be necessary before it would be worth initiating a class action suit against the company.
I can't make any calls using the card, and can't get my money back.
In an effort to find out if there's anything I or others can do, I have called a lawfirm to find out what would be involved, and will bring everyone up to date as I find out anything.

I have the same issue. Who owns this now. I used this calling card when it was still Sprint. It is a life-saver for me when traveling. I tried to add minutes to it this evening.
First of all, no matter how many time I pushed the suggested button, it would always default to SPANISH!
Second, if I pressed the button to add minutes via a credit card, it said I did not have a card associated with my account.
Can anyone tell me what is going on?

I have the same issue. I made a report to 888-784-0923. It's the number I used to charge my card.

I would like to get in touch with the provider of 800-826-1219 - as I have subscribed to them for at least 5 years and now cannot use the phone card number as it rings busy, busy, for the past 10 days.
I usually dial the number and give my pin number before calling log distance.
I cannot find the name of the provider. It use to be Sprint, but has changed.
