Calling every day on home phone now calling my cell number.  I don't know how they got my numbers I am on do not call list.  I called back today talked to JOE said I was reporting them to FDC.  So well see what happens.  They will answer say this is a telemarketer.

This is a complete rip-off. I just noticed a $12 charge on my credit card from Complete Savings in CT. I contacted my MasterCard to dispute the charge and they got them on the phone. A representative told us I had signed up online through a website called "Blue Planet Products." It turns out my card has been charged 40 times for a total of $480 for absolutely nothing! They said they would refund 4 of the charges automatically ($48), but for the other charges I have to fill out an affidavit and mail it back to them. The credit card (Citibank) says I am on my own for the balance of the charges ($332). I could kick myself for not checking my statements carefully.

Ok - Just noticed this happened to me too - I have not used the credit card I found the charge on for years either - I bet this charge has been reoccurring for years now without me knowing it !!! Two lessoned learned 1) beware of on-line surveys. 2) check your credit card statement more than once every two years !
I am going to try and call complete savings and see if they will submit me a two year refund...haha...wish me luck folks !

Unreal.... I noticed the 12.00 debited on my account today and went back 12 months and there it is.. I called my bank and was given a number to call.. Lady on the other line also said i would get refund 4 months and cancelled... I kept my cool not to tell her what i thought... ive been paying for this charge since 2009 (25 months total )over buying from pizza hut online.. Unbelievable!!!

I noticed the complete savings last month and thought it was a bank charge, but something didnt seem right and I called the number AFTER searching for the phone number online  this morning to see who it belonged to and saw this page.  

Complete savings was able to reverse charges for four months and said I have to fill out an affidavit for the final month.  

According to the woman I spoke (Irene) she said it is a discount card that was signed up for in June and it provides discounts for roadside assistance, discounts to movies and restaurants etc.  I honestly have not seen any benefits come to me to disclose that nor have I seen anything to substantiate the claims for discounts. Please be aware that this is happening through PIZZA HUT online ordering

I was caught up in this scam through BUY.COM, who automatically signed me up with my email address provided when I placed an order on Christmas eve 2009, and I have been ripped off $252 dollars in the past 21 months for a so-called membership I never signed or asked for.
I called but they only refund 4 months' charge and the form which according to them, may lead to a full refund are not accessible. The link they provided in the email does not work! An ongoing scam!
I wonder if anyone here did get back all their money.

they are a company name complete savings. They charge me $12 per month for 6 damn months. I didn't notice as that is my bank account and i dont visit that much. Give them a call and they refund 4 months charge and send a form which may lead to a full refund. Call them and cancel the membership and ask for the refund. It should do.

I found out they had been charging me for the last 4 months, and I called and asked for a refund.  I called on Monday and today (Friday) I just saw that they did actually refund all my money!  They also emailed me to let me know they cancelled my membership.  Just wanted to let everyone know that they are still doing their shady business, but at least they do give your money back

OK, I was getting charged and thought it was something to do with my savings account at my bank so I called my bank and they informed me it was not and had me talk to the Claims department. They told me of the Complete Savings company that was doing the charges and gave me the number to call. I called and the guy on the line was very nice and stopped the charges and refunded the amount I told him which was 4 months. Now I did some more research and found out that I've been being charged from September. So I was looking at 10 charges. I called back and again the person was very nice but said "they" can only refund 4 months any other charges need to be claimed by filling out a form they are sending me via email.  It's not a scam just a pain in the a**.  But both people I talked to were very nice.

Thieves of the worst kind! If you call their customer service number and request they refund charges, you just fell for another of their scams. Getting your phone number to sell to other scam telemarketers and claiming federal no call doesn't protect you because you made the call. We have no idea how they got our credit card number. We never used any coupons and weren't on any insecure sites. We are requesting the credit card company reverse the charges since they are out and out fraud. Why hasn't the US attorney general stopped these crooks?

It is a scam from Pizza Hut.  They are part of "Yum" brands...  I used to spend tons of money with Yum brands because I'm on the road for work quite often.

NEVER AGAIN!  If they need money so bad they are willing to add charges to my credit card hoping I will not notice it they are wrong! I  will take my bizz elsewhere..

Screw Pizza Hut and "Yum" brands!

I had the same problem. Supposedly, ticketmaster is where I signed up. I never sign up for something online that I am going to get charged for. I know this is a complete scam and everyone needs to report them to the BBB. I called the company asking why I am being charged after I contacted someone canceling the membership. The incompetent workers there could not explain this and told me I was issued a refund, the same day I got charged....yet on my bank account only the charge comes up that day and nothing else, how convenient of them. This company is running a big scam and need to be shut down now.

I'm really glad I checked this out...also found my husband was being charged -- from buying a pizza online from Pizza Hut.  He called the number and spoke to a customer rep who indicated the "membership" would be cancelled and the 2 months' worth of charges would be credited -- hopefully the rep's word is good.  Also, in the meantime, I did 2 things:  (1) disputed the charges with the credit card company and (2) contacted Pizza Hut telling them how sneaky and underhanded I think they are by operating in this way.  I just can't believe their lack of integrity!  If it's such a good deal, why do they have to sneak it by the customer?  We will not order from Pizza Hut (online or not) again.  I'm also going to try to identify the other "150+ companies" who are in cahootz with Complete Savings and do my level best not to give them my business either.

I don't know how I got signed up for this scam but its ridiculous.  Just noticed that they have been charging me for the past 6 months.  I was pretty threatening to the operator about getting my refund and canceling my so called "membership".  I was told that i would be receiving an email confirming my cancellation and a complete refund to my account within the next 3-5 days.  YEAH we will see if that happens! BASTARDS!

They said I "joined" their membership when I bought antivirus softwared online from the PC- Cillin, Trend -Mirco website. There was an offer for a $10 REBATE when you buy the software, but by accepting that you get screwwed. Because they then charged me 12$ on my card and signed me up for some bogus membership. Nowhere did I see anything mentioning this!!! Can't beleive a ANTIVIRUS manufacturer's website promotes this bu***hit!!! I will never but TREND MICRO antivirus PC-cillin software again!!!!

Who cares if the customer service representative from Complete Savings answered us in this forum here, and said she will reverse the charges ---- they should not have been there in the first place!
