I got a call recently from this number and I would say the caller was very polite and explained to me in details what the call was about and exactly what I need to do to settle my debts. He offered me various options like making arrangement as per my financial situation. He was very helpful.

I recommend you that you jam their lines, when you have time, just dial their number and live the call live, they are paying for it as it is an 800 number. Thye nhide behing varius n umebs in which they use this numebr to mellow you out.
If we all do this at the same time, then will see what they do, also this will jam their lines as well.
Be pro active, if they have the right to harass you do the same, don't talk to them just leave the phone on, do not answer and do it again and again and again day in day out.

I must admit I have had bad experience from collection agencies, but the call I got from this number has completely changed that and has left a positive perspective about the company including the employees.

I got a message from the same number asking me to call back. I did call and found out that it was a collection agency and I would say the person was very professional and helpful in trying to settle my debt which i had already forgotten.

Last week I got this collection call from the number. I must admit that the guy handling the call was a real professional person. This is the first time that I have got a call from a collection agency where the person has been polite enough to help me sort out on my pending debts.
