They called and told me i won a trip to florida after 9PM. I called them back and asked to talk to their manager. I was told that the manager was in the meeting. I asked the lady that will she like some one to call in after 9PM. She said that she got calls at 12am. And, she does not know what was my time zone. I told her that she should know from my #. Then, I said that you could give me your name and I would make sure to call your home every evening.

I too did the exact same thing, was told a couple of weeks ago that I'd get my refund in 7-14 days. I called today and the phone is out of service! Did anyone get their money back??

i did receive my certificates and I mailed them back via certified mail, it cost me 15.00 but at leat this way i know they received them back.  I am still waiting for a credit on my account.  I have called them about 6times since then, the first 3times they told me it will take about 30 to 60 business days for me to get a credit on my account.  I have called them to place a rush on my credit as I do not think that it should take that long to apply a credit.  The last rep told me that it should be on my next visa statement however, it's now been 61 business days since they have received all their certificates back and I still do not have a credit on my visa statemet.  I tried calling them today and no answer on the phone, I even tried calling there refund department which is the same number as their booking department, no answer on either number.

I got the same spiel - I won a vacation to Florida, a cruise to Nassau and a trip to Cancun. I gave my credit card details but the payment did not go through as it was precisely the time I had made a credit card payment so i guess the card happened to be maxed when they called. I've tried several times to contact them over a two week period and have left messages on the toll free number they gave me but get no return call or answer. I can imagine how difficult it would be for me to try and make a reservation had this transaction been completed. I suppose I got lucky.

I too had the same type of call however, i payed for the 500.00 for the promotion. I was told by Darby Corwin that I could call and cancel any time withen 30 days and they would refund my credit card. I called to cancel and they said i have to wait for my package to come in mail, then mail it back to them before i could cancel.  I am worried that the  package may not show up, as they told my boyfriend if  I don't mail it back to them I will not get my money back. I really do hope may package comes in the mail.

A friend had asked me to call them back and find out if there were any hidden charges for the cruize boarding and I did to find out that there is a 199.00 boarding fee.

The company did not tell me about extra fees, such as 99.00 booking fee.  maximum 199.00 boarding fee.  I phoned the Imperial Majesty to find out how much these fees were to find out that threw them directly is only 39.50.  When I called vacation promotion to find out why they didn't tell me about this 199.00 fee the first time I spoke with them they just apologized, and they are trying to tell me this pays for the all inclusive. However the imperial majesty is all inclusive already, you just need to pay for your alcohol.  Not only that the tickets for the imperial majesty are as low as 139.00 when we called.
