They are calling us, we don't answer so they call both our sons, even their in-laws. This is rediculous!

I keep receiving calls for this number regarding an AMEX credit card that I paid off years ago. It's getting extremely frustrating.

Called for my son who has not lived at home for 9 years.  How didi they get my #?

Brian called on August 17th asking to speak with me. To verify if he was speaking with the right person, he asked if my birthday was 02/27/1957. I wouldn't answer at first, but in order to find out why he was calling, I said yes. Actually the birthday given is not mine. I don't know where he got this from. Then he began telling me that I owe money to Amex for a small business loan. I have never opened an account with Amex. I told him that he was a scammer and I wasn't giving him any personal information. He began to scream at me saying that I verified my birthday with him and I owe Amex money that he would like to settle for pennies on the dollar. I told him that he was a scammer and it looks as though I have scammed him. I hung up on him. If he is a collector, he must be the stupidist person on earth. He isn't getting any personal information from me and if he continues to call, I'll find someway to make some money off of his stupid A__. Afterall, my credit report doesn't show anything about me ever having an Amex account. I just looked at it two weeks ago. If I did open up such an account in 2003, I believe it would be listed.

Getting calls once a day from a person from this number. Apparently they always remind me that my call is important to them.  Yeah, right.

This company is calling my Ex-Husband who was abusive and now is also harassing ME for getting the call. I am reporting the misuse of ex-spousal phone numbers that angers and creates additional abuse from someone who has been out of my life thanks to the law and courts for 5 years to get in touch with me. The account only reached their office two days ago and this was their first attempt to contact me.  This cannot be undone. It is catastrophic.

Calling my family members to try to get in touch with me. That equals harassment when they have my cell phone and home number on file. Very unprofessional and rude.

They called and when I asked who the where before I would give them my name they refused to tell me.. This is a collection company and should be reported for unfair collection practices if this happens to you..

This company is calling me for collections purposes but isn't trying to actually deal with me rather someone else not related to me.  The other person lives at the same number,street, and town that I do, he's on the south end and I'm on the north end.  I keep telling them that they have the wrong number, they ask me if I know the person - I do know him and where he lives, but I'm not about to get in the middle of any of this.  I've told them several times that I'm not who they are looking for and to stop calling me... yet they still call!

How can we know what our "settlements" are if they don't answer the phone???

They keep calling me trying to reach my daughter in law.  She's never lived here and she's never given them my number!  She called them back and held for over an hour to never have anyone pick up.  They have no business calling me!

A very RUDE young woman called a business asking for someone who no longer works here.  When I told her that and to take this number off of their calling list she said (and was incredibly snotty about it), "Why are we calling if he doesn't work there?" (or something to that effect)  My response to the        b!tch, is "Well duh! You tell me!"  I hate collectors who can't take the hint...

They call every day for someone who has the same name as my boyfriend and someone who neither of us have ever heard of. I've already called them back multiple times and told them they have the wrong number. The calls stop for awhile then start back up. They say they're calling from Allied interstate.

This company is a third party collection company for AMEX.  Due to a computer error, my account was sent to them but immediately removed from them after I contacted AMEX.   This company continues to call my family and friends saying they are returning a call from me and sends me correspondence.  When I spoke with them to tell them to contact AMEX to confirm that my account is no longer theirs, they got angry, said they would say I was not cooperating with the collection process, would sue me  and hung up on me.   They continue to call everyone except me to have me call them back.  When I try to return the call, the phone rings, I get their company message and the phone hangs up before anyone answers.  

PLEASE CONTACT AMEX AND STOP CALLING ME.

Ken Bush

I received a call from this number on my parents' home number from someone named Ken Bush.  The person he asked for on the machine is my father-in-law.  He has called twice in the last 10 minutes.  I've been separated from his son for over 2 years now.  Neither of them live here.  It's bad enough that I am dealing with my soon-to-be-ex's debt issues as well as my own...I don't want to hassled with his family's, too.

This lady keep calling me every10 mins on block number. I answer and ask her name. She said her name is Erika Schlaegel call from Amx. and want me to set up a payment from my bank acct. on the phone. She said the dead line is Dec. 27 but I got the phone call two days ago same Numeber it was a man called and said the deadline was yesterday and want my bank acct. to set up a payment for six months or 1 year with no interest. It's sound very weir. I think this is a scam!! . I Google her name and phone number. She did not work for Amx, she works for a consaultant  and private acct company and a number has been report as a block number and has a law suite againt them. Be aware!!!

They keep calling me about my X and an AMEX card that was never in my name nor was it ever sent to my address nor was this phone number ever on the account and in fact, the phone is not in my name either...I bet the X gave it to them.  They are X's for a reason!!!  Anyway, I put them in my phone address book and then change the ringer to "none"....If they are too stupid to call the X, then they don't deserve any monies owed.  Keep calling...I'm not answering, won't even hear it ring.  Next time I will report them to the no call list complaint center online. (It's a very simple form you can shortcut)   I never had an Amex card and never will.

I received a message from Hendrix or Hendrixson that was very demanding. The lady was looking for my ex so I didn't understand why is calling me at this point? She said I need a call back today until 9 pm Easter Time at 1800-834-1470 ext 8324
Call him. She is harassing me with phone calls but I have nothing to discuss with her.
