Please Die or Please Dial too quite to hear then message ended

Charities Canada shows no charitable listings for Disabled Children's Services, Caller said it was for Sydenham, and on request, confirmed it is a professional fund raising company (that he started by saying this was a recorded call was a tipoff to that effect).  When I expressed reluctance because it seems that many of 80,000 charities seem to have my phone number and asked where he was calling from, he replied "That doesn't matter, we don't need your help".  Canada 411 also had no listing for this number.

Caller from (Ottawa's) National Capital Sports Council of the Disabled asking for pledges for an upcoming event.  They issue tax receipts but their website does NOT specify that they are non-profit (or even not-for-profit).

Caller disconnected when answering machine picked up the call.
