Actually pretty funny reading all the posts that are complaining about the endless phone calls and the responses from Michelle, the sales manager, asking people to call her.  She must have to stay online to keep answering the same thing.  Then again, maybe she has something per-written so she can keep posting the same thing over and over again.  I don't think that Michelle gets it.  No one wants to take the time to call her.  Poor Michelle, she must get very lonely....LOL

Go to their website http://www.petcarerx.com/ and select "Live Chat" in the upper right corner. Fill in the information requested to start the chat session (I used a ficticious email to avoid getting email spam).

Substitute your number in the following message and send it to the agent when they answer your chat request: "This is official notice for you to remove (XXX) XXX-XXXX from your telephone marketing lists. Any further calls will be reported to the Attorneys General of your state and mine and a complaint filed with the FTC. If you do not know how to handle this message, forward it to your supervisor and up the chain until it reaches someone who can address this issue."

After the agent answers your message (regardless of their response) send the following: "Thank you for acknowledging receipt of my request. A copy of this Chat Session will be printed as proof of notification."

The agent that handled my chat session apologized for the inconvenience and told me my number would be removed from their lists. That is the appropriate response. Your agent may respond differently but it doesn't matter because as long as you get a response it confirms they got the message. Don't respond to the individual named "Michelle" who has messages on this board saying she is from PetCareRx. She may or may not be with that company. I suspect she is not and just trying to get your telephone number to add to other telemarketing lists.

I ordered through these fools, 1 time! I will never do it again, they are over priced, it took 3 deliveries over 5 weeks to get the 3 bottles of shampoo and dietary supplement. Good thing my best friend wasn't in dire need... Had I have known it would cost me more than 1800petmeds or even Amazon, I wouldn't have used them. Had I known it would take longer than a month to get deliveries, I would have never had their number. Had I known I would have to deal with some asshat calling me to sell me more of their BS, then I would have never given them my number... I have a spam filter for my phone and 1-800-844-1427 is now on it.

These people are pain in my a***oles. I have the number blocked, yet every time they call it f**** up my Pandora and I have to unplug my aux wire and then start it over. I will not be purchasing anything from Petcare RX in the future. As many complaints as I see on here, and the disconcern by the "employee" that posted here, with nothing being done about it, has completely changed my view of the company. I don't like to do business with people like this. Hey Petcare RX, how would YOU like to suck my balls??? You just lost another customer. Keep it up and you'll be bankrupt by 2014. Cheers!

I get 4-5 calls a week from 203.433.3095  - the one I received today was an automated message saying they doubled everyone's points.

Who gives a s***. Double all the points you want. Quadruple 'em! It doesn't matter! Your guys' business practices are utterly atrocious!! No one wants to do business with you! Get a freakin' clue!!

have received several calls from PetRX and after reading several posts, indicating I should call in and ask for Michelle, the Sales Manager, I did.  What happened?  The customer service person did not know who I was talking about, put me on hold for 11 minutes and then hung up the phone.  So Michelle, if you are reading this, take this number out of your database 9529499600, because apparently your own customer service isn't aware of who you are, and calling you back isn't the avenue to getting my phone number removed.

I have NEVER ordered from this company.  I am on the national do not call list... yet I still received a call.  I will never buy from this company for this reason alone.  And don't ask me to call back to be added to your do not call list.  That is the reason I am on the national list - so I don't have to bother with individual companies.

I have ask to be taken off their calling list to no avail.  They call every day and they never leave a message.  I never answer 800 call anyway but after so many I went on line to see who was calling. Never again will I buy from this company.  They advise you to call Michelle at an 800 number so she can take you off their calling list.  Now do you think any one will call and have to listen to their sales pitch to get off the calling list.

Don't you get it.  These people don't want to be bothered by you.  We all have a life and if we want to buy something then we will pick up the phone and call you or visit your website.  You don't need to be able to further help them.  I agree with all of them, What could you possibly be calling about.  I got a call from this number as well but I do not answer any numbers long distance toll free or not if I don't know who you are so quit calling us!!

This number 800-844-1427, which is Pet Care RX keeps calling our home phone.  I have ordered Pet medication before from Pet Care RX  (online) and 3 months ago I requested Pet Care RX to remove us from their calling list .  They were calling almost every day in the morning and  they would never leave a message.  My husband also works 3rd shift and was continuously woke up by their harassing phone calls.  The phone calls have started again and I am not going to waste my time, energy and frustration to call them again to advise (once again) remove our phone number from your list.  Our home phones and cell phone is on the "do not call national registry".  We are able to block their phone number with AT&T.  I have blocked PET RX and next time they call they will receive a message that this number will not accept your phone call.  I will never do business with Pet RX again.  I should not have to call a company more than once to advise them if I need medication I will order it online.  Please do not call me again.  Being nice with this company doesn't work!  I would urge you Pet RX to listen to your past customers and quite HARRASSING people with your phone calls.  You lost another customer to your pesky persistence!

huh. I rec'd a call on my cell phone, no msg. I ckd phone # on google and found this. yes I have purchased from PetCareRx.com; I read everyone's posts and I went back to my acct page and took off the phone #.
I really appreciate knowing that there are other online pet product sites that may be cheaper! I was also disturbed by the post that said the product they ordered didn't work, but the same product form a different vendor did. sheesh--what's up with that? I guess originally I answered an email come-on with a coupon to purchase from PetCareRx... now I know not to do that!

How many years has "Michelle" been insisting we call her?  Here's an idea, Michelle - stop calling us in the first place! We shouldn't have to waste our time calling you when we didn't ask to be called in the first place. I've never even ordered from Petcare RX yet they keep insisting that I need to order a refill. They've called me every day for the last two weeks. Enough already!

I received 3 phone calls from them in the past 2 weeks.  Left no voicemails.  I finally called them back using caller ID. It definitely belongs to PetCareRX.  Spoke with a customer service rep.  Informed her that I want my number removed from their call list.  She said my number will be removed from their call list.  I asked to be transferred to Michelle, a Sales Manager.   She assured me that my number will be removed from their list after 24 hrs.  

We'll see if I get another call from them again!  These outbound sales calls have gotta stop!  Just because I've placed an order with your company does not mean I want to be bombarded with sales calls afterwards!  If I ever place another order with your company again, I'll make sure to put your phone number down as my callback number.

I didn't even order medication for my pet from this company. I ordered a bird bed tent. Why are they calling? Calling to remind me to tuck my bird into her bed? I had read that amazon gives these people your phone number on file and that's how they got my number. Beware of who you do business with through amazon. Not really in the mood to argue with these people on the phone, this is inappropriate and unacceptable.

I ordered some flea med and started receiving these calls despite still having half the supply left. And when I'm close to needing more (that'll likely be next spring given that fleas generally aren't a problem around here past October), I'm quite capable of ordering as necessary. It's simply obnoxious to bother customers by phone, unless customers request a reminder at the time of order. Otherwise, an email reminder is sufficient for those who provided an email address.
