Message was left on my ans. svs. from a Jack West saying this is in reference to a  Christina Jackson ...did some research on Both ,they are  Stuntmen/women ...called got the enter 1 for english and ext ...did 3841, got put on hold(jazz muzic) then a rec. came on stating no one availble  leave msg... did ... curiosity had me call back and got that the # has been disconected ...very suspect ...

Same as the 6 Nov comment.  They indicated they were Chase Auto Financing wanting to know the whereabouts of one of my relatives.  No indication of the company involved when they answer but asked about the car.  Told them I didn't know anything about it and they indicated they would take me off the call list.

Agree..this must be a colletion agency.  Luckily I called using my cell phone vs my home phone.

Ms. Lynn called looking for my brother who lives with me and would not stop calling me! I mean like honestly, she called everyday like it was her job or something. They then came to my home and repo'd his car! WHO DOES THAT?!

Received a message from this number asking to call back. The caller didn't state the reason for calling.

Your brother can run but he obviously couldn't hide.

Received a call at 1:44 pm.  The caller "Felicia", left a message for someone who doesn't live her stating she was calling from Toyota Motor Financing, and that it was in "your best interest" to call back.

I called the number to tell them they have the wrong number.  No identifying information on the recording, just "press one to proceed in English" and then asked for the extension.

Some other woman answered, and I explained I didn't appreciate the threatening message, and she told me that this was the number they had for the person.  She was just as rude as the person who called, said her names was "Ms. Lynn" (like she was a preschool teacher). I told her that my number is on the Do Not Call List, and she said now that I have told them they have the wrong number they won't call again, but I doubt that's true.

Received a call today asking for a person who we are unaware. Caller's name was Kelly and she spoke to my wife indicating she is from Toyota. We never had Toyota. When my wife said that this person does not live here...Kelly asked if this could be a cousin or a friend.....the answer was still no. Kelly will call tomorrow to talk to the man of the house. Unbeleiveable!

"Linda" left a message on my phone saying that she was calling because a friend of mine named "Justin Collins" listed me as a reference.  i do not know a Justin Collins.  she then informed me that i should call her back because she was performing an investigation, but failed to say who ror what she was investigating.  she told me that she was on the west coast and that i should call her ASAP.  strange but true.

These people called non-endlessly on every one of our phone lines. Harrassing us looking for information on a deceased  man. First a Dominick & then a Brian. The kept getting loud and rude. They were very suspicious with their names.

They called me today looking for my ex husband.  Not the first agency to call, probably not the last.  By reading everyone else's comments, it is obvious to me that this is not an a collection agency calling, but probably the repo man himself.

Got a call from 1-800-844-3841, ext 6530 from a woman looking for a relative.  The woman calling was very rude.  Said she was from a company seeking information about my relative's car saying it was a "security issue".  I took down the number and told my relative, who called her back and was then told it was about student loans.  It seems they call out of the phone book with anyone with the same name as the person they are hunting for, hoping to find a relative or someone who will lead them to their deadbeat.  In the meantime, they harass you to no end.  This appears to be a collection agency, possibly a car repo outfit.  

The best thing to do, is hang up.  Don't give out any personal information.  I can't seem to find this 800 number as public record.  It's probably some private call center somewhere.  They won't tell you who they are.  I wonder if you call AT&T directly, they can look it up for you.

I would like to know if there is a class action lawsuit for these people, as I would like to make a claim.

Got a call from someone identifying themselves as "Ellen" from Chase Financial.  Said they were investigating a fraud and wanted to know the names of the tenants in a building I own.  Called the number, but it did not answer as Chase Financial, so I hung up.  The original message just didn't sound right.  I googled the number and found this site.  Sounds like some kind of scam.

Got a call from 800-844-3841.  Caller gave his name, phone number,  and indicated that the call wasn't sales or collections related.  I googled the number (found this site), then called the number.  Got an automated answering system (press 1 for english..).  Next was, "please enter the extension you're trying to reach".  The auto-message didn't indicate who/what the business(?) was.  VERY SUSPICIOUS!

I received a call this morning from an Olga Lopez, looking for my ex. She wouldn't give me a company name. She was rude as all get out when I tried to get the company name, kept telling me that it didn't matter that she was not a collection agency and was a private investigator and was I going to take her number or not. She also tried very hard to get my name. When I called back from work I too dialed the 1 for english then the extension. Was then asked what extension I was trying to reach. I stated that I had dialed it and should I not have reached the extension that I dialed? Very rudely the woman told me, "NO! They all go  to the operator. Now what extension did you dial." Again I stated that shouldn't matter, that I should get the one I dialed. She hung up. I just called again from home, *67 of course first, stated the "extension" and got Olga again. NOWHERE did I say my ex's name or my name. I said to her that she had called my house this morning. Asked her who she was trying to reach. She said my ex's name! So...the "extension" number is only a file number. They had no way of knowing who I was that time. I told her that there is nobody here by that name. She made a sarcastic sounding "hmmm". Before I could ask her to remove my number, she hung up on me. I don't know who these people are or what they want with my ex. He pays all his bills on time. This is very fishy.

I have been receiving calls and messages from a SONYA.  Extremely rude person requesting that I give a message to my brother. She stated that he had used me as a reference.  Found out that was a lie.  I requested documentation verifying he used as a reference.  They can't show it to me cause he never used me as a reference.  Then she refused to give me the name of the company she works for.  I have filed a complaint with the FTC against these people.  You can't hide behind for number.

Got a call.  Woman stated her name as Tiffany and requested I call her back at extension x9061 and left message.  Strange.

these people are the scum of the earth!!! They need to get a real job!!! Leave the innocent alone!!!! Phuckers!!!! Eat Shizznit and Die!!!!

they called me looking for my ex-husband about a car. I tried to call several times but got the same generic message. I don;t care if they take his car I just wanted to make sure he didnt use my name as a co signer. Weird!

Someone named Brian called wondering if I knew a "Richard". I had worked with a Richard so I told the man that I did. Then he just said "ok" and hung up. I found this odd so I called back the same day and a machine answered asking if I wanted English or Spanish. I chose English and a woman answered asking who I wanted to talk to. I said Brian and I asked the woman what company she was from but she didn't answer. Brian got on the phone and I again asked what company he was from but he insisted that I knew who Richard was. I figured it wasn't the Richard I had worked with so I asked him to stop calling me but he replied that he would keep calling. I hungup and for the next few minutes the phone kept ringing and ringing.

it's IGS Nevada 475 E. Capovilla #100, Las Vegas, NV 89119 they are a 3party skip tracing company hired to repo you cars...They are not investigators nor can they do any legal action against you!

I keep receiving calls from a Linda about my ex and his car. We broke up on good terms and decided to keep the phone plan. I pay for my phone and he pays for his. He got his number changed and I kept mine the same. His ex-girlfrind gave my number to this Linda lady. She keeps calling me for him. I keep telling her that his problems have nothing to do with me. I am not married to this man. She even gave me personal information about him. It was nothing that I didn't already know but still... She states she can call as many times as she wants because the phone is in his name. So every time she calls I mess with her so bad. I could change my number but this is more fun! You should hear the frustration in her voice when I answer. LOL! You will only get me when you call my phone. So Linda...if you are reading this, bring it on! I got you SON!

they called me...i called back & talked to some lady she said they work for a couple bank companies and they where looking for someone who put me down as a referrence for a car loan i think it was a toyota truck...anyways they just said i can give them the number & have them call...i dont talk 2 him anymore so i guess not

I received a call today from a lady name Dorene ext#7044.. Looking for someone I know of.. violated the F.D.C.P.A.. she disclosed third party info which is a violation.. she also refuse to identify name of company whom she works for..Another violation.. Yet gave all info on personal matter of individual she was looking for.. lied said not a collection company which is a violation.. and several more violations..She clearly has messed with the wrong one..

If all of your lovely friends/neighbors/family members pay for their cars on time, than Mr. Lynn, Trish or Felisha will not be calling. By the way, they don't want your money; They want the car ha-ha-ha.
            FDCPA does not apply.

So, the best thing to do is to tell these incredible people everything you know and answer all their questions. If you do so, you will be paying less interest on your new car. In this harsh economy, it will be in you best interest as Felisha has said.

Just got a call from Stacy looking for my brohter. I asked her why was she calling me? Apparently he left my number as a relative or something. She asked me was he still in MD (NOPE) so if they are repo they wont find him or his car. She calle from an unlisted number but gave me her number for him to call her back.

Caller asked for Dan, said her name was Melissa & she was calling about my Toyota. I called the number back 800-844-3841 with ext. she left #2510. I was on hold for aprox. 3 min. & hung up. The ID said "UNKNOWN". AND when I called the number They say "Thank you for calling. To continue in Engligh perss 1" No business name mentioned. You can tell it's a sales call or a debt collector. We have no debt, so it is just one of those sales calls. IGNORE!!!!!!

Someone named Josh called claiming to be from HSBN (a credit card company) and left a message saying that he had a "customer" who was using the same social security number as mine...and he wanted to know if I was aware of it.  For some reason, I had a bad feeling about it.  So, I did a reverse lookup on the phone number 800-844-3841, and nothing came up though all the numbers listed on HSBN/HSBC's website did come up on a search.  Just as a precaution, I ordered my credit report online, and there was nothing unusual, no new accounts, and no credit cards or anything that I hadn't opened myself. I called the # Josh had left...same thing as everyone else. It's all automated, and they don't identify the name of the company.
