Actually, I purchased the lifetime program from them 4 years ago. It is pricey, but I received the DVD software I needed for my certifications. I also passed the certifications on my first try so the program is good. My only problem with ExamForce is that they continue to call you in order to get you to purchase other products like Flash cards and audio learning CDs. They also called me about a mentoring program. They continuously try to sell you their pricey products. It can be annoying, so I ignore the calls whenever they come in. They are high-pressure sales people.

I get a call once a month from them with the information I requested. I bought a guide from them 10 months ago....they won't leave me alone now. Never giving them business again.

Ginger reporting "great news,"
Sad part is she sound genuine. Such a sad world we live in where salesman sound like genuine people who care or are excited.

Thanks for all the warnings. I received a phone call from a Joan Lind, who gave me the "couldn't reach you at the number you provided so please call me at 1800-845-8569, ext 228" spiel. I won't call back.
Chuck 2013-02-26 22:31:06 Unknown
Yes, 'Ginger' is still at it. Got a call today saying they're having trouble getting back to me at the number I gave them (interesting how they got my correct number in the first place). Says to call 800-845-8569 ext 264.
After finding this information I'm sure I never gave them any phone number.
Very glad I found this site through searching.

Got a call from 727-507-9646, said her name was Ginger and that she "has great news". The call back number is 800-845-8569 X264. This is a SCAM from the getgo. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFO. I told them I am moving to Bolivia hang up the phone. LOL :O

Yep, Exam_Force_It_On_You... High pressure sales... I just ignore the call.... don't answer.
If you are not "professional" enough to identify yourself AND company (not just first name) you will NOT get a return call from me...

Caller left name but no company associated. Googled same, Exam Force

My call was from Dave... said he had some good news for me but did not give company so I googled.. good thing I did not call back.
TJ 2012-04-10 18:19:10 Telemarketer
Yup. Examforce. I called them back 10 times and hung up after they answred. I figure if they are going to waste my time, I'm gonna waste theirs too. If everyone does this, maybe they will get overwhelmed and stop calling people.

Whatever you do - do not give them anyone else's contact information. As Pogo said "We have met the enemy, and they is us!"
ststeven 2011-09-23 18:37:40 Unknown
Ialso fell for their scam. They sell you a $99 "unlimited" program and then tell you it was for limited time. Then they tell you that you now owe them for the cost of the full program...over %$2000.00. Stay away from these scammers. Very unscrupulous practices.

I don't know how, but some rep named "Ginger" called my parents' house asking for me. But since I barely even remember what my parents' number is (because of speed dial), there's no way this could be anyone I know, plus if I were to give some random stranger my number, it would be my Google Voice number.
Anyway, this girl lied to my folks asking for my number, saying I helped her before. My parents instead just took her number and passed it along to me.
I looked up the number and found this page before calling, and here am I writing this up.

Got a call from some Gary today; really tired from these guys... bought some products from them before and they were not that good vs the price that I paid. Anyway, haven't talk to them for at least 3 years now and still getting calls. I guess the best way is to call your phone company and block their number.
Nasir Bilal 2011-06-06 20:58:32 Unknown
That number belongs to the company "Exam Force." They try to sell exam prep materials for technical certification exams. Just another telemarketer.
DK 2011-06-06 20:58:32 Unknown
Caller left this number, her name and extension on my vmail. She did not identify her employer. My caller ID is on the fritz, so it doesn't show the name.

I received a message on my voice mail from a guy who said "he has the information I requested", but he did not identify his company or exactly what information he had for me. When I called them back to let them know they must have the wrong number, they made it sound like I had requested to have them call me. Then the salesman, Lee, very aggressively tried to sell me on buying their Exam Cram Book and study software. There is nothing I hate worse than pushy salesmen. Anyhow, I just wanted to give others a heads up in case they receive the same kind of unsolicited phone call from Exam Force located in Florida (number comes up on caller ID as 727-507-9646). They must have got my personal information (name, address, phone #) from CompTIA after I browsed their website looking at IT Technical Certification information. I think I will give CompTIA a piece of my mind about their privacy policy and sharing my personal information with a third party without my consent.

Caller called and left message. Said his name was Cornell and that he had been "trying to email me", but they were being bounced back (Yes -- because you don't have my email and I don't know who you are). Never identified what company he was from or what he wanted other than to call him back. Just left his number 1-800-845-8569 Ext 242.
Mike 2011-06-06 20:58:32 Unknown
Got a msg from Eli - who said that he's been having a hard time getting ahold of me on the number that I provided him. I never provided them my number.

they are acompany called ExamForce. They sell IT certification software. I get calls all the time, let it go straight to voicemail. If you do talk to them, hang up on them or ignore the call, they are a high-pressure sales company. If you're in IT, you know there's better software available, without the pressure sales gimmick.
Sharon 2011-06-06 20:58:32 Unknown
Thank! You have all been helpful to me. They're still calling and I'm sure not interested.

Hi Debugger,
So you bought the 199.00 program? Did you receive the materials, and testing, got certified (for life) if done before December 31, 2010. It does sound too good to be true, like to know more about your experience with them, please.

These clowns call me constantly but never leave a message. I never answer m yphone unless I know the number. Left me a voicemail saying he has been trying to contact me and that hes getting tired of me wasting his time when I dont answer. So sorry, but i will continue wasting your time because I didnt sign up for your product! Loser...
brent 2009-08-20 02:01:13 Unknown
I was recently employed by these people. We were told to stop calling you when you die. If you are stupid enough to buy this lame product, you will be constantly called until you spend more money. When we call you there are no less than 2 people listening to each call. A senior rep feeds the lines to the person you are talking with. They only want you to committ to a small purchase. They put you on hold, pretend to generate a customer i.d. number then come back and try to strong arm you into a lifetime or platinum membership. Quite the interesting scam. When a person says they won't buy they say "Who do you know in the I.T. industry... you give me a couple of names and I'll send you out a free title" If you give them a few names and numbers, they then have us send the product to you for free. The product we told you was on sale for $199.95 two minutes ago. Makes you wonder huh?

It's exam Force. If you had any contact with the Certification exam study companies (through unemployment, some of the job boards, etc.) that's why they are calling. I've had them take me off of their list and will let the group know if they call again.
Call from Lynn 2009-04-30 17:43:14 Telemarketer
Same story... Lynn called and gave me the number and extension but no company info. I called back and the operator that answered gave me the company name and I ended the call before talking to the sales person.
