The comment made trying to install confidence in Mr. Bechtold is mearly someone taking part in the service from Lightyear...
I am an internet scam specialist and I have studied Mr. Bechtold immensely, He has been a part of several scams that have been abruptly interrupted. He tells you truths in the money you could make, trying and successfully dodging the details on how much money you have to invest before you are truely a self serving business rep yourself. Companies hire him to use his lucrative scheme in order to attain money from the people who are doing what we are all trying to do, get by. Unfortunately in most of his schemes in the fine print that most overlook conceals the details... one major that most would be interested in is the fact that he can discontinue you at any time without due reason and without compensation for work you may have done, product you purchased and need to return, or be charged again for, or the fact that he can take three months of dues from your credit card and however much money you sank into the company for your kit or investment... That's why he has had so many successful business endeavors. Now, Because of your investment towards the company that has not given anything to you, they get back XYZ merchandise, they you may pay for twice, three months of variable fees that you authorized and now cant be disputed through bank or lending institution, and your initial investment... That is what's called, "Sheer profit." Which can make a business seem successful, At some point when you build a tower of loosely connected ill fitted parts, just as in the all loving game if Janga... It will crumble. Lightyear... Owes none of its prior success to Mr. Bechtold. The company out-dates him, from a professional opinion, regardless of how promising it may seem he is merely a fast talker walking himself into a whole of honestly dishonest profit. Sidebar... He is an incredibly awesome business man.

I have to laugh - this person Erik J bechtold seems to have an ego 12 feet high.  All that is written about his is how he rips you off -- I HAVE NOT READ ANY THING of how he helps people at all!  it looks like he's paid for tons of b***s*** sites to be put up for his name that are just total nonsense!
He puts his own videos up calling himself the mlm millionaire everyone is talking about, Hey mister if you actually read what people are saying about you its:
YOUR A SCAM ARTIST
YOUR DECIEVE PEOPLE TOP GET THEIR MONEY
YOUR NOT A NICE PERSON
YOU PROVIDE NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES
YOU ARE SLIME
PEOPLE SHOULD BEWARE OF YOU
YOUR A FAKE
YOU HAVE NO SOUL.... START READING MAN - CLEAN UP YOUR REPUTATION BEFORE THE LAWMAN TAKES YOU DOWN. (  not that it would matter much but could be better for you )

BEWARE!!! grabbed my hard earned thousands and slithered off to the bank and had the balls to send me a check for $27.81 From Wealth World, The note attached read,"Are you ready for the ripple affect? LOL John your quite funny ( last sentence ).  My thoughts,   Unfortunately that Perpetual Fleecing Gifting program you joined, when you did your homework investigating a program as such, did you ever read the words ILLEGAL?  How about the words Gifting and Illegal?

It really doesn't matter what definition this person summed up to give as the legality of this illegal program, gifting is gifting and is illegal according to the law in the United States, each and every state with maybe an exception to Nevada.  The IRS has nothing to do with it's legality. Just pay your taxes.

This is not new to law enforcement.  Each and everyone of these carefully crafted gifting programs including this one does not go unnoticed, and to be quite honest with you, as long as the complaints continue to come in and people are pissed, that's a good thing because, you don't want to take these marketers out of commission before they believe they've got away with it and made millions in doing so, nope let them continue, rake in the money.

Now here's the best part lol,  it could be 1 year, it could be 5 years even 10 years no one's willing to give up that information.  When they least expect it, right out of the blue, all and I do mean ALL assets are frozen, offshore accounts to ( thanks to transparency laws ) and I'm sure they receive a certified hand delivered letter or subpoena, maybe both lol and a knock at the door to secure all property inside especially hard drives, bagged numbered and removed.

It's best if their attorney advises them to be honest and as the trial proceeds, and it will, it'll keep them tied up for a long period.  Restitution is probably ordered amongst other things.

Unfortunate for you though because you and any one else involved in this Perpetual (Fleecing) Gifting - cash leveraging what ever you want to call it, you promoted it did you not?  Your name is there with everyone else who joined,   It's a crime.  Think about it.

One last thing, the IRS has nothing to do with the legality of gifting programs ever.  They have a problem with you when you don't pay your taxes.

Oh Josh, send out cards is not his program, he didn't create it he joined it and yes it is a great program!

Good Luck All

I am familiar with the Beach Bum Scam. I assure you that this has nothing at all to do with Eric Bechtold from EB Marketing. Someone was using his name in a lame attempt to make money. Eric is a very profitable Marketer and always helps his team make money. I work with Eric and assure you his buisness opportunity available at: www.cellstarrs.mylightyear.com is way ahead of its time. The company he is promoting, has a A Rating with the Better Business Bureau, is a Publicly Traded Company and the training and support are by far the best any where. If you can't make money (which he does for you ) with this, than you can't make money period. Check it out and find out what Eric is really up to.

where did you get your list to MAIL TO? If you did not buy your own list from a broker then you were probably scammed.  If the promoter offers to mail for you YOU might want to ask them where they got the list from their mailing to and HOW OLD IS IT? How many other times have you mailed to it? what other products was mailed to it?
If they do your mailing for you to an  OLD TIRED LIST or DEAD LIST you just got taken.

Novice people need to think, really think about waht your paying for and  FOR GOD SAKES ASK QUESTIONS, TONS OF QUESTIONS BEFORE YOU HAND OVER THAT KIND OF MONEY. ( $500 )

Wow, open your eyes man!  You actually just don't understand what's going on.  He's not doing anything illegal, he's actually providing a service.  The main problem that he runs into I imagine is that you're out here talking negatively about something you don't even understand.  What he represents is a solid product that is based on giving.  I'm not affiliated with Bechtold, but I do work with his product of SendOutCards.  It's an fantastic idea that businesses all over the country are utilizing.  I know because I'm a chiropractor as well and I work with chiropractic coaches, offices of all types, realtors, dentists, etc and get many thanks for providing them with something that truly makes their office run smoother.  Learn before you spout.

I agree - he and his partners are nothing but con-artists and scamers.  Please beware. Eric loves other people's money and doesn't care what he promises to get it.  He's been kicked out of several companies and people have suffered major losses because of his empty promises.  I met him  years ago and lost money to him and he continues to revise his scams.  His postcard program makes him money - YOUR money.  Please don't fall for this - find a company with a real history of success and someone you personally know and can trust.

WARNING!!!!  BEWARE!!!     Eric Bechtold is on the prowl again.....Watch  your wallets Gents and Ladies keep both hands on the top of your purse.  I swear this con-man changes programs more often than some people change their socks!!

I joined his Perpetual Cash Program in  the Fall of '09.  I found it to be a Perpetual Fleecing Program!  Every other week he had another  "NEW" ad campaign ---with an entry fee of a couple of grand apiece---which was claimed to bring participants "leads by the carload"    After investing almost ten thousand dollars in ads---and getting  nada in return---I requested the return of my initial investment---as promised in the introductory literature.  Guess what, I'm still waiting for it...

That   #$%^&&%@#,  Eric must have a trained animal to sniff his mail to see which has money in it.
He sure as hell doesn't  open US mail  and ignores his emails.

ok whats the post card offer? selling more post cards? pulling people in under you by mailing post cards to strangers? .28 per small post card
Who are you mailing them to? Friends, family, general public? do you know if they received this post card before? Do you have a list? and for those of you who don't have a list, do you know what they are? where'd the list come from? used? is it a targeted list or just a list of rehashed names? The person who's selling the postcards, do you know them? ever done business before and what was your profit to constitute returned business?
What's the purpose that you would search for a SuperEasy way to make money? Because you saw the post card and it tells you You Can?   Did you catch that??? Come back to this if you didn't.

If you have an extra 500, 1500 or 3500, open a interest bearing account somewhere, common sense is the best sense.

Eric has been scamming Network Marketers for as long as I have been working in this field.  He is not honest.  Steer clear.  Don't waste your money.  It is also a dishonest way to do business.  Most companies have polices against this type of practice anyway (mass calling).  Watch out Eric... And don't try to deny it is you. Your picture is all over the landing page!

Cashinaction, what methods did you use to in order to be successful with this program ? I purchased this program and applied the post card technique advised by Eric Bechtold but I got no sales. I sent out 3000 postcards but no money earned. I purchased at the $500 level but honestly I have been disappointed with the results. Any suggestions that you would have is appreciated. Thanks

Eric Bechtold is NOT a scam or con artist, he truly has a successful marketing technique , that I was able to learn and  improve my success in internet marketing with, I can tell you that I am completely retired at age 40 and debt free because of Perpetual Cash Leveraging , try this number, I'm honest here ,it's my marketing line for Perpetual Cash, (503) 715-1416
no MLM scams here just leveraging and it works 100% legal . I didn't mean to advertise here , but i just want you to see for yourself that it truly makes you a ton of money if you try it! bottom line here is EB Marketing , saved my home , my future and gave me freedom to spend time with my family, if you got ripped off or scammed before, I can assure you , EB Marketing had nothing to do with it. I'm not getting paid to say this, I'm just grateful I made the call , and signed up, be careful out there, because you can get burned hard, believe me I have lost thousands!! but never by these guys. Thanks

I have been looking at the same program.  I cannot see anyone investing that kind of money.....although there is a $500 option.  Little is said about how much is needed to market the program. Mailing postcards is an expensive proposition...about $500 - $600 per thousand and no one wants to talk about average response rates.  Eric let the cat out of the bag when he mentioned KarlJacobsens involvemnet.  He has a very controversial reputation amongst online marketers.  I choose to pass.

This is Eric Bechtold of EB Marketing Group, Inc. if you want to reach me directly give me a call. My number is 239-682-9970 and you can reach me live Mon-Friday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM EST. We have a lot of affiliates most who do not abuse the phone hotlines we provide. Some are doing voice blasts without our permission to outside lists and this is causing trouble for our company. I'm doing the best I can to put an end to this but I need the help of people who are getting the calls. If you do get a call like this, please take down the phone number of the hotline they are sending you to so and give me a call at 239-682-9970 so I can have their hotline shut off and put an end to their abuse. It's like an affiliate spamming only using voice broadcasting so it's harder to trace. Thank you! - Eric Bechtold

People just pay attention to what your doing, if you receive a phone call out of the blue to join a program of any kind, look up the company.
Do your homework before joining.
Not all marketers are alike. There are good people out there and many many marketers that promote all kinds of programs. Some work some don't.
Just remember, its up to you to decide what YOU want to do.
Be sure, as the statement below or above says, look it up!
