I put a silent ringtone on for them since I don't have a block feature on my phone...Later, I just hit delete all.

This number keeps calling and doesn't leave a message but calls regularly at the same time everyday for the last past weeks. It is very annoying and continues to harrass, it needs to stop!

When I get a call from1-800-847-2460 I found a fantastic way to irritate them. Its called high shrill police whisltle that I blow into the mouthpeice of my cell phone. That tends to impair your hearing  and that the have slowed down but not completely.They might get the hint after I blow out thier eardrums.

I want them to stop calling me.  I am on suspension for these people calling me on my job. How can I do this?

I received several calls from them and when I called back they rattled off a company name I have never heard of and said they were calling about a bank account I have. They knew the name of my bank. Then they said they could not tell me why they were calling until I gave them the last 4 digits of my social security number. It was very strange. When I refused they said they will write down that I refused and do whatever they needed to do. They were very rude.

i received several calls asking for my name, first of all me and my dad have da same name, they ask to verify da last four digits of my social, but it didnt work, but my dads didnt either,but they called my cell,they dont want to speak with any of us when i call they say they need to talk to my dad when my dad calls they say they need to talk to me, and they dont wanna give info about their company, very very rude and unprofessional people, spoke to supervisor and he said to stop calling and that they dnt want to talk to me then he hung up, these people left me very upset and wondering what is it about.

They called me on my cell phone a few times and they ask for some Michelle Shepard. How can I stop it?

I use my cell phone screening feature to ignore them, if I had an easy block feature I would choose that.

These people call at least three or four times a day.  We refuse to answer and when we do they get very nasty, looking to collect from us.  For what?  They will continue calling even as early as exactly at 8 AM in the morning (also on Saturday and Sunday).  What a bunch of leaches.  They need to crawl back under a rock and stay there!!

My 19 year old daughter has started receiving calls from both these numbers on her cell phone. They identified themselves as ERS but then hung up halfway through their spiel. They call several times a day and although she did have a WAMU account when she was a child it was only a savings account and was never overdrawn. It was closed more than three years ago. She has a checking account through my credit union. She doesn't have any debt at all. She is a full time college student living at home and since we pay her tuition she doesn't even have student loans. There isn't any possible way she owes these people money, but they are asking for her by name. I can't ever get anyone to answer at these numbers when I call them back.

I get atleast 4 calls a day from these people. The are calling to collect on a debt from my closed checking account. I am fueding with my old bank about an un authorized debit they placed on my account. I stopped depositing money in it untill they took it off. The account is closed and now this company is collecting on it. I have never answered and I assume it is the company you all are talking about. They call from 425.562.3215 & 800.847.2460

I had a phone call like that today.  Similar to another number 425-562-3215 (WASHINGTON AREA CODE).  They called me 3-5 times and left no message.  When I first called up their number, they hung up on me twice. Finally I was able to reach someone on that number.  It's a collection agency, they refer themselves as ER SOLUTION. Don't give them any of your personal information!  You don't want to verify anything of yourself over the phone to some stranger who is likely to steal your identity. That's the worse thing to be a viCtim of theft identity.  Be aware that your personal information can be bought over the internet, so be careful what you give and what you post.

Got a call on 05/6/08 from ER Solutions. Woman looking for Mary and Terry but our names are Mary and Larry. Didn't mention last name at all.

I keep getting a call from these people. They will try different numbers to use. They never leave a message. Somebody should stop them!

they called me with the same bs so i called them about 75 to 80 times that same day and harrased them for there name and personal info they havent called me since lol the women got pissed and hung up so i called over and over again

I have received 21 calls from this number in the past 7 days.I generally do not pick up calls from numbers I do not identify but once I did and they were rude and unprofessional.Screw them!!!!

I keep getting calls from them that have no one on the other end. If it is WAMU, then I had an account with them, but closed it out some time ago...I don't know why I would be getting calls and have chosen to ignore them.

ers solutions, they are a collection agency for WAMU. They call daily, sometimes all day long.  I ignore them.

these guys call over 20 times a day, over the past 3 - 4 months. even on weekends, holidays, early mornings before 8 am, and late nights after 9 pm. they occassionally leave messages asking for me by name but never any more info. i answered once, pretended like it wasn't me, said i was overseas (as i had been overseas and recently returned to the states) and the agent questioned that, and very creepily said, "I thought he was getting back on June 20th...." which was the day my flight landed back at LAX.....very scary they would know this information.....almost certain I owe them money but these sorts of practices are questionable.

If you are getting these phone calls all of a sudden, I believe it is due to some recent activities involving your credit report from anyone of the three credit report bureaus; Equifax, Experion or TransUnion. For instance, if you requested your annual credit report from anyone of those companies and inquired about a debt on those reports, it will trigger those calls from the debt collector, whether you owe the money or not.  It happened to me last year and again a few months ago, even though the item is being disputed. You might want to put a freeze on your credit report with all three credit report bureau.  Hence, if anyone wants to know about your credit, the credit bureau has to contact you to get your OK, before releasing that information. In the meantime, answer the phone and be creative,,,, on the phone. They will stop calling.

I may have owed a debt in the past, but I had to eventually file bankruptcy, and the businesses that I owed money to were formally contacted to appear at the courthouse to file their grievance.  Of course, none showed up, and my debts were discharged.  I am not ashamed for the bankruptcy, I had no choice as I have a partner that was diagnosed with a terminal illness and could not work anymore.  We depended on both incomes and hers was taken away.  We had to start over and not get into any debt.  I am proud to say i am debt free and actually saving some $.  These idiots call daily and threaten and harass.  I stopped answering the calls lately.  When I did answer once, they asked for me by name and (sorry God) I lied and said it was not me.  This was on my cell.  Then they called my work phone. so they have all my numbers.  It really sucks.  They are not human.  This company needs to burn in hell for all I care.
