This is a call from Dell.  They called me like 10 times within one week but I kept missing the calls and they never left a message.  Finally, a couple days ago, I answered one of the calls and the lady on the other line (hard to understand, sounds like she was from India) was trying to offer me an extended warranty on my computer that I purchased last year.  I told her I wasn't interested in the warranty and she said okay.  They have now started calling me again.  Three times today.  I did not pick up.  I think this is very bad customer service from dell and is giving them a bad reputation.

Dell extended warranty answered when I called.  They are transferring me to Dell Customer Care to remove me from the list, but I have my doubts about how effective this might be.  The third person I spoke with agreed to add me to the DNC list but that it would take about two weeks ...

It is Dell as we have answered the call enough to know it is them trying to sell an extended warranty. They do not take NO for an answer and will call almost daily twice a day. It Dell was my lover then I probably could have issued papers to back off or be arrested as it is harassment no matter how you look at it. Manners got gone a long time ago when the law allowed companies to use telemarketers. Add that to being trapped in automatic voice heck then it is safe to say that these companies do not care for their customers. A person's home should be his castle not a prison being held captive by telemarketers, being paid by the very companies we have helped them to earn lots of money.

I would have to agree that this is probably from Dell as recently they have been trying to get me to buy the extended warranty on my computer, Mail, email, phone, etc,

After 5 Dells, this is one of the reasons I told them I wouldn't by another.

I've seen elsewhere that this is a telemarketer from Dell computers, with the Caller ID identification blocked. How professional.  I get the same woman over and over and over, who yells "HELLOOOOOOO?" over and over and over into our answering machine. Moron. This is becoming extremely annoying. I'm trying to find an e-mail address to complain to.

They call each hour and do not leave a voice mail. Or no one on the line if you answer. May be a robot

Reading this resposes it sounds like Dell calling, & in fact if you call the number back, it is dell, however, I happened to answer the phone, they were calling me at work & we use dell computers so I was going to transfer them to my IT department, however, when I answered the phone it was some company call Portfolio recovery & they were looking for someone who has not sat at this extension in a long time. A tricky low ball way for a collection company to get through, also is that entirely legal, because I'm sure they want a call back & I'm sure Dell does not want calls about people who have collections companies coming after them.

Just got a call from that number twice so I decided to answer.  It was from Dell - I had bought a laptop and they were trying to sell me an extended warranty.  Hope this info helps.

This number is from Dell Extended Services.
They call my cellphone 3 times a day, leave no message, dead silence.
I bought a computer here in Canada and still get the calls from the US.
When I phone them back, they say they have nothing to do with Canada.
I will pursue this matter.

Call early in the morning, don't leave a message. I am disabled and am on the DO NOT CALL LIST and think it's very rude for unsolicited calls from companies that I but things from. Online shopping makes my life easier, but these a** wipes make it harder. If I want the extended warranty..which I don't, I would have called them when they sent me a letter offering it. I never gave them my phone number. I'll never buy another product from Dell online.

I've received over 15 calls from this number to my work phone.  Most of them are logged in the caller id as coming in at night, weekends or before the office is even open.  No messages are left.  Very annoying.

I am surprised you could understand anything they were saying to you. I hate talking to them, especially when you have to spell everything your trying to tell them. It's crazy!!

If this is Dell, i will never talk to them on the phone again, if i need to discuss somthing i will do a live chat online. The last time i called them it was over an hour just to get them to understand my charger was not working. They could not understand me and i could not understand them. I had to spell everything i was saying to them, it was unreal.  Dell needs to send letters out instead of the phone calls you can't understand.

When I answered the call from Dell Extended Warranty, I told them I wasn't interested in it. They call my number at least twice a day and never leave a message, just a hang up when the answering machine picks up. I have reported them to the DoNotCall Registry too.

I have started to receive this at least once a day from my work phone.  Unbelievable...

And this is not a "typical" call.  I wait like 5 seconds, and no one answers.  Most tele-marketers you can TELL it is them because of the delay.  But no one is on the other end.

Oh well, I'll have my corporation block the phone number :)  .

For sure it is Dell as we have answered this phone number's call. Go figure, tell them you aren't interested in their extended warranty and in less than a week's time they have called at least 6 times. It is harassment and I feel sure Dell knows that this under-handed way of treating customers is going on. Can't imagine it gets results in people renewing their warranty. You got to wonder if the people on the other end are paid so much for each live person they talk to over the phone, never mind that they stalk what live people they do get on the phone almost DAILY, TWICE A DAY. K.M.A. Dell.
