So this number has been calling for days. I ignored it all the time, but decided today to answer. They  [he] identified himself as a "financial service"...I asked what, for who, etc. he didn't want to speak to me, but to my hubby. So I tell him that whatever regards hubby regards me. He tells me the call is regarding an "outstanding" balance to a bank. I recognized the name and amount. I told him  I have all the info regarding our bancrupcy of a few years ago...when I tell him the location of our lawyer, he says he has a different location noted!! [He gave a different first name for my hubby, starting with the same letter. I figured he can't read] So I told him I gave him too much info already, he is looking for someone else, and I will ignore this number in the future.  Obviously, they already know that we filed bancrupcy, and were relieved of our debt - but are still going to try to get money from us

called me twice in the past couple of days. says name is Dan, but no company name,no purpose so guess what, no return call and evenif I did know prob wouldn't call back, after all, any Collection agency has no contract with me, take me to court, let the court decide, show the proof

anyone who pays should pay no more than 4cents on the dollar. You owe $1,000 pay them $40.00 call it even but make them prove you OWE THEM,

I have, per the legal requirements of The Fair Debt Collection Act (the complete act, not just that portion which is practiced by most but not all debt collectors) given both verbal and written demands that ALL communications between, Wells Fargo Credit Card division, be in written, either to my email address: whfbiz@mindspring.com, or in writing to PO Box 480550.  This request/demand is enforceable not just to Wells Fargo/Wachovia, but to EVERY debt collector which they choose to contract with.

Wells Fargo has been fully notified as to my discriminatory job and financial situation, which even after 3 years still has not changed to my frustration and this matter is fully out of my control.

It is suggested that this debt collector re-check with their attorney and review the entire Fair Debt Collection Act as to the obligations of both parties and stop the harassing verbal attempts on this minute cell phone.  This suggestion comes fully with a suggestion from The United States Justice Department's investigation regarding my personal rights in this matter.

TOLL FREE CALL caller id that calls and doesn't leave any messages or asnwers.

They have been calling me over a GMAC bill.  I still owe GMAC about $700.  I haven't been working and this guy is nasty.  He will not listen. I just went back to work.  I have offered to make payments, but he wants 100% payment, no arrangement will be allowed.  WHAT A NASTY LITTLE MAN HE IS!!!

call did not show up with any identifier other than the number and did not leave a voice message. Tricky collection guys.lol.
