I got 2 calls today, one yesterday, and one the day before from this number.

Two calls this afternoon, plus two or three over the past few days. No message. The last time I answered, and no one was there. When you call the number back, you get the message for "Your call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again. 128P."

I've gotten a total of 7 calls over the last 3 days...no messages left, and again, you can't call back. I'm also a member of the SEIU union and think it's strange they wouldn't leave a voice message...I'm just going to block the number.

I think SINN is right -- It's an SEIU number - a union. I'm a member of the union, is anyone else who's getting the call? I've tried to go to union stewards to ask to get my name off of the call list, they don't know anything about it. Weird.

Just received another call. this time a gal I could barely understand stated she was with the SEIU (that's a union)and she started going on and on and would not stop long enough to answer my questions. I told her it was a cell phone she called and not to call anymore.

got same call number 800-8528-8140 on my cell phone. when I do grab it there is only static! happened Aug. 31 & sept 1st twice.

And another correction, says it is reg'd to verizon as of 2005. I have a verizon account, so I'm now going to call cust service and figure out what is going on.

Same thing happened to me, they have called twice in 2 days. Tried calling back, unable to complete call. Very interesting this is JUST recently happening....

Received a call from this # 8-31-09 and 9-01-09 on my mobile. Did not answer, no voicemail left.
Called the number from a secure landline and it did not go through - "your call cannot be completed as dialed".

Phone rang.Noticed unknown #. Decided to let answering machine pick it up. They hung up after 4-6 rings
