I have been charged an unauthorized charge of $49.95 from this company and another one for $44.95.  I called Colocureus the name on my charge card and it sounded like a person from another country by the accent who said his name was JoAnn and requested he remove my name and refund the amount charged...received another charge next day. HOW DO I STOP THIS FRAUD?

Email I sent to corporate@colocureusa.com earlier this evening:

"Hello,

My name is [redacted]. I have been in contact with customer service several times regarding this issue. I ordered the product on 6/22.  I called on 7/9, to cancel my subscription. I was already charged $59.95 because my 14 day trial time had expired. At that time, I still had not received any product, but I figured it was probably on it's way.  Since the item was already paid for, I was going to keep it, but I didn't want to continue paying $59.95 for it. After waiting several more days, I called again stating that I still had not received anything. Supposedly I was sent something on 6/26. I stated repeatedly that I had not received anything.  It was suggested to me that I contact the Post Office, which I did. They requested a tracking number, which then I called back on 7/27 and talked to "Ann" and she provided me with a tracking number. I went and talked to my local Post Master and he checked his records, and according to their records, as well as yours, the product was delivered successfully. I explained to him that I never received it. So, I called back again, and talked to "Albert" on 8/2. I told him the long sorted story about how I have been calling and explaining that I never received anything. He told me that in order for them to process the credit, I would have to return product. When I stated that I didn't have anything to return, he told me that he would reship the product, and when it arrived, I would then have to send it back to receive the credit. I said "I can't just get my money back?" He stated that he couldn't do it that way because they have to have a product. So I said that's stupid, but fine, whatever it takes to get my money back because this situation is frustrating me to no end.  

So, here we are today. I called Customer Service again, spoke with "Brynn" and explained my ordeal AGAIN. She stated some corporate mumbo jumbo garbage to me that I didn't really understand, and to be truthful, I didn't really care because all I want is my money back. I have been dealing with this crap for over a month now and I"m sick of getting the run around. It's b***s***.  "Brynn" stated to me that there weren't any notes about my conversation with "Albert" and the last time it was noted that I called was on 7/26..which I didn't even call on 7/26. I called on 7/27. I have called a total of at least, 6 times, but their records are only showing 4. Anyhoo, I digress. So, she says there aren't any notes from my conversation with "Albert" and they don't reship product. So, naturally that just added fuel to the fire because why would your CSR say that to me? Do you train them to lie and piss people off? Then she said some garbage about how the refund time had expired and I needed to send an email to this address about my problem and I should receive a response within 48 hours.

It's not my fault the "refund time" has run out. Your people have been giving me the run around since the start. I was charged $59.95, and I was ok with that because it was my fault I didn't cancel in enough time. But after waiting days and days and weeks upon weeks without getting ANYTHING at all...it's time to take care of this the right way. Your Customer Service Reps have been giving me so much s*** and frustrating the damn hell out of me for too long. Are these your tactics to get people to give up? Because I wouldn't be putting myself through all this trouble for no reason.

I have been waiting since 6/22 to get something in the mail. I haven't seen a thing. I didn't even get the trial bottle that I paid $7 for or whatever it was. I have seen NOTHING! NADA! ZILCH! ZERO!

So, with as much politeness and respect that I can muster at this point, I would like to request that this execrable situation gets rectified IMMEDIATELY so I can put this whole fiasco behind me.

I really am so tired of this s***. I got scammed by two different companies. The one charged me 87.47. I finally got my "money" back for that one..minus a 45% restocking fee. Effn ridiculous! I hate these people so much!

Same here just called a few minutes go and they wouldnt let me talk to a supervisor or reverse my fees, so I went on line and file a complaint on www.econsumer.gov and hoepfully they will do something. you guys should try it and of course im gonna call again and let this dumb company know and will see if I dont get my money back!!!

This entire string of messages makes me feel better about how stupid I was to sign up for these trial items.  I was also charged the $87.77 & $88.55 plus another $19.95 & $6.95.  When I called to complain last month I was told I did not uncheck the box on their website approving monthly charges.  So, I accepted the 50% refund I was offered.  While that is on this month's credit card bill, I have been charged again!  The corporate website I was directed to does not exist and I somehow ended up here, thankfully.  I just got off the phone w/ my credit card company who told me there has been a 30% increase in fraud recently.  They are blocking all the different company names these people are using, and allowing me without question to "dispute" the charges.  They reassured me I would get a full refund on next months bill.  Good luch to you all!

I called to request a refund as, I told the person when I ordered this crap, that if they couldn't send the product without the supposed "Free Trial" don't send anything. Also, the phone is supposely recorded. It,s a scam pure and simple. I'm also,reporting to the states attorney office, better business bureau.

if you have a boyfriend or husband get him involved.this worked for me.my husband called up demanding to speak with a manager.they tried to give him the run around but he was persistant.after a couple of minutes the guy came back on the line with two full refund confirmation numbers.now i'm just waiting for the money to be credited to my account.

I got ripped off for almost $170.00. I told them not to take any money out of my account other than the "free trial'. Told them I do not authorize any paymenst. Did no good. Ughh..Somehow these scam artist convinced me that this product and service was legit. After all, I saw these commercials during the Oprah Winfrey show and immediately assumed they were good. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER THESE PRODUCTS!!!!!Free-trial offer my a#@! 1st they told me I had 14 days from purchase to cancel the trial, when I tried canceling they extended my offer for an additional 10 days. 2nd they charged my bank card for 2.95 for shipping. I received 2 products, yet I only ordered one (ColoCure or Colothin as they advertised it) and also received a bottle of TriSlim. Colothin will charge you 88.95 and Trislim will charge you 44.95. Luckily I was able to cancel my card and obtain a new one, otherwise they would have robbed me blind. In addition, I called every single # I could to reach them and they repeatedly gave me the run around, some even gave me the # 1-888-692-8355, which is not a WORKING #!!!!!Oh yea let's not forget about FitFactory as they also tried to pin that one on me for 19.95 a month!! all of these charges are recurring and will be charged on a monthly basis unless you cancel on time or like I did, cancel the card and order a new one. Unfortunately my bank (citibank) doesn't have the option of blocking unwanted transactions so I had to opt for a new card. In my mind, a small price to pay.. BE CAREFUL!!

Beware of anything that is advertized as "Free." It is still going on and I was charged $88.55. This is a scam. They make it very clear it is free for S&H charges and then immediately charge your bank account, because in the fine print it says you are are going to be charged monthly for life after a trial period (which is starts before you receive it).  I reported it to my bank fraud # and they agree. They are going to try to get the money back which overdrew my account.

Check your email for confimation receipt when you order .Customer Service  asks  you for your order # , that s where I found mine . My mom just filled me in on this scam ( how dumb was I )  . I just called one of the companies colocure , and told them I wanted an email confirmation of the cancellation . I got it within 5 minutes . Will see what happens with the Aciberry detox  & trislim. But I'm still watching for any charges.

I ordered a risk free trial (risk free) my a**. for 2.95, that's I agreed to. no additional pills or charges were in the ad that I was on, and there was no mention of were gonna charge you 87.00 dollars for this bottle you didn't order or 49.00 for a half month's supply of pills, plus they sent me pills I didn't even order trislim, and charged me another 88.00, and only agreed to refund half. I didn't even order them. This is crazy they are getting away with this. The customer service just repeat themselves over and over again not listening to what you say. They just run you around I want all my money back. All of you out there lets get are money back I'm not willing to get screwed over by this or any other company. Come on they want 160.00 for a 14 day trial of pills for 2.95 and a 14 day trial of pills you didn't even order. We need to stand up to these people right on whoever started this comment board, but lets actually spread the word about this company's rip off antics. lets #$&%#$! get em.
