I wonder why the Federal Government and California State Bar is allowing this criminal to steal from hard working people?

None of the customers at Solution Processing will get a refund.  They are out of business practicing under a new name, new address and new "attorneys".  Laverty was not involved at all and anyone who says he was, probably works there.  They just used his name and his bar number, I've seen a bunch of different mod companies do this.  There are long wait times on getting a mod due to all the mortgage companys being overwhelmed with requests.  It's best to do it yourself.  I did and got a great mod.  I found out from my mortgage company that they don't deal with 3rd parties because of this scamming stuff.

Did you file a complaint with the State Bar?  Please do.  The more the better (I did just recently)

I lost my home to these crocks. They took my money and ran! I cannot find them nor does the orange county district attorney or the state bar want to do anything about it.

It has been over a year since Solutions Processing LLC, Attorney Processing, Craig M. Laverty has done nothing except take my money.  I have requested refunds at leas 4 times.  I've talked to Lauren Bolton and been told my refund is pending, but that was almost a year ago.  Complaints have been filed with every agency I can think of.  I'll be patient!  I encourage everyone else who has been scammed by him to do the same.  Whoever thinks he's great must be part of the scam.

Were you able to get your refund yet?   I used a credit card to pay Laverty $3500.  After begging for my money back via many letters, phone calls and emails, Laverty's office gang, Lauren, and Martin Fererra...stopped all communication with me. When I realized it was a huge scam, I reported Laverty to The CA State Bar, and my credit card company.  I was told to go online and get complaint forms and fill them out and send them in with the facts and any paperwork I had...contracts, etc.  I did all of this about a month ago and today I received a letter from The State Bar of CA, saying that they will be instituting disciplinary proceedings against Laverty in State Bar Court and that the State Bar believes will warrant his disbarment. They gave me a phone# to call about getting my money back from The Client Security Fund.  But then I saw on my credit card statement that they will be crediting me the money back.  Apparantly, the credit card people got something from The State Bar Association ...I'm just finding out all of the particulars, but it looks like I am getting all of my money back, thank goodness!  It also appears that Laverty may be disbarred.  Wonderful!!  I think he should also go to jail for such horrible dishonesty to soooo many people!

i sent in my 2975.00to the craig laverty  law firm(solutions law group)got a letter saying it will b modified within 90 days. 6 months have past  and nothing. so i write a letter asking for a refund.they received the letter said it would take up to 8 weeks. almost 16 weeks went by i sent another letter. this time certified. letter came back un opened unsigned and no forwarding address..the address i wrote was the one that came from craig laverty attorney aT LAW AND SOLUTIONS LAW GROUP.)WHAT DOES anyone suggest i do now.any suggestions

No, refund  yet crossing my finger. But more then likely will not get anything back. But aleast I
have turned him in to everyone I can think of to at least have him checked out.  I did speak to the
State Bar investergator a while back and did inform me that services were not performed and will
be checking him out.  If I do not get money back I have notified enough agency to may him run alittle
scared. We will see time will tell.  But I think I did inform you about filing for a refund. Give it a try
nothing to lose at this point.

Unfortunately I too fell for it too. I'm out $5,000. He has made his way to San Diego except that not under the name of Solutions Law Group or Laverty but work with California Legal Assistants and Robert Edgemonti instead. Do NOT give any money upfront, this is illegal in the state of California. They will delay and push you to bankruptcy then milk you for more!!!

Laverty law firm is a SCAM. it is totally a fraud. I paid $6000.00. He didn't do anything. I'm trying to get my money back (mission impossible).

San Deigo, you can go thru the state bar and file for a refund .

$2250; 8 months!  I finally got ahold of a woman named Lauren and she told me to write an email to
fileintake@attorneyprocessing.net.  I did this yesterday.

Ask for laura Bolten.  She said that I had to fax in a written statement of refund and the "attorney"  to review it.  In the state of California,  it is unlawful to ask for money upfront w/o services rendered at the time.  Look it up Gov. passed it right after I hired them I am trying to get $1400 back from them.

You should be.  They are SO unprofessional. They don't answer my calls or emails.  I was denied, which is fine.  But it took eight months.  Now that it is time for my refund, it is even more difficult to get ahold of anyone.
