It looks like you need to do some investigation and take appropriate action with Affliated Credit Services.

Which Data Base are they using to get all of these phone numbers they are harassing?
Why are they avoiding the general public the right tp privacy?
Have they been audited for their collection practice?
Which Banks are they outsourcing to?
How can the general public get copies of all of their debt collectors permits?

If they are licensed by the division of banking in Wisconsin, why are they harassing people in 11 different states?

Being the entire country had been involved in some sort of natural disaster, do you not feel it is in their best interest to Cease and Desist for their own personal protection?

They have a website located on their bogus invoice called www.tagcanhelp.com

Their Utah branch is committing a felony by reporting themselves as a credit reporting agency. And a bank registrant at the same time.  They are also claiming to be registered with the division of banking in P.O. box 7876 Madison, Wisconsin 53707. The terminology in their threat appears to be an extortionists terminology, that if not paid in Utah you will use their social to ruin o/p's credit reports. How did they get o/'p's social security numbers in the first place?

Run the addresses through TSA, transit security authority from your AG's Office.

It was a recording and she said my whole name, thought it was strange. She said her name was Heather Davis (also British accent) with affiliated credit or something like that and to call back about an important business matter. I called back and the computer just put me on hold I never talked to anyone.

Didn't answer.

What can be done for them to stop calling my number?

They left a recorded message about an attempt to collect a debt and used my whole name . I shouldn't have any unpaid debts, so it made me suspicious. It struck me odd when I called and one of the 2 choices on the recorded main menu was to pay by credit card. I chose the other option which was to talk to someone and it switched to an "invalid number, please hang up & try again" message. I figure they just hope that someone will fall for the "pay now" option. I say it is a scam.

I get the same calls with the British accent at my home.  I did receive these calls at work as well (they hung up at work enough that it quit there).  I am not home when these calls come in so my answering machine takes the call, but the stupid computer message doesn't know that it's talking to another dumb machine!!!!

ACTUALLY THEY DO NOT PURCHASE DEBT!! THEY ARE A 3RD PARTY COLLECTION AGENCY WHICH MEANS CREDITORS PLACE DEBT INTO THEIR OFFICE AND ACS RECEIVES A FEE IF COLLECT DEBT.. THEY DO NOT PURCHASE THE OLD DEBT.. THEREFORE THEY CANNOT AND DO NOT ADD INTEREST!!

They're legit.  I just spoke to them and apparently Medicare decided I needed to pay a deductible, but did not inform me.  I was turned in to Affiliated Group by Walgreen's pharmacy.  This company is the padding between who you owe money to and the debt showing up on your credit report.  So if you can pay the debt, pay it.  Its worth keeping little debts off your credit report if possible.

Maybe you should consider not falsely slandering someone on the internet.

THIS NUMBER LEFT TO CALL BACK TO IS AN OVERSEAS (OUTSIDE U.S.) NUMBER AND WILL RESULT IN A CHARGE OF OVER $1/PER MINUTE BILLED TO THE CALLER(I HAVE CALLED THIS NUMBER AND THIS IS THE INFORMATION ON THE RECORDED MESSAGE AT THAT NUMBER), THIS IS AN OBVIOUS SCAM.

I have received three telephone calls from this number. 07-14-2009, 07-15-2009, and 07-28-2009. My cell does not have voice mail. this phone needs to go away

Have received messages from Affiliated Credit Services from a Evan Michaels with a super creepy voice! 800-859-7435. Asking for someone who does not live here. Did some research and they are a junk debt collector. They buy old debt for pennies on the dollar then try to collect three times the amount. The lowest scum of the earth. They will do anything to get money out of you. Report them to the Federal Trade Commision if they keep harrasing you because there are many violations against this company. Never give them your money and don't call them!!

Lmao, I got a call from this place and the person who was on the other line was named "Chris". He was looking for a Jennifer [something]. I couldn't hear the last name. I told him it was the wrong number and he had to confirm what number he called. After that he stayed on the line and there was an awakward silence (there was people talking in the background like at an office). He sat there for about 15 seconds and then decided to hang up. Looks like a bot has been sneaking around and looking up numbers at gaming sites or so.

You know the funny thing. I got this call about a week after giving a website my cell phone number. I can't remember what site though because it's probably a no name site.

We have gotten calls from affiliated credit 3 times now..weve called them back to imform them we dont know who it is that they are trying to contact and to take us off the list...the calls continued. Got another call this am, called them back and again told them we dont know this person and to take us off the list, I asked ...will you take me off the list this time or not and she hung up on me....called back and talked to another person...he assured me were off the list....we shall see.......this is most annoying.

I just received a call from Heather Davis disclosing this is an attempt t collect a debt for the party that no longer works at this number then I called in to report wrong # and THE LADY ANSWERED AND said that the message was fine per states attorney general? Then hung up WOW!

Just received a message on my cell phone. They used a women with an Australian accent to leave the message (sneaky)...no name left...just said to wait 3 seconds and my call would be connected (sneakier). I hung up but I'm sure it's ACS.

I am getting calls from Heather Davis and I am concerned about this. I called the legitimate Affiliated Credit services in Co and they have no record of this person or this number or of me. Who do they answer to and what are their intentions.

Someon keeps calling our number asking for a person we do not know.  When I called to complain (they call all times of day-and take up space on our message zone), they said they are not obliged by Do Not Call lists.  Said to just say that person does not live here.  HAH!!!!! Hung up on my call.  Who goes after Affiliated Credit Services?
