Caller: Donielle Dodge - Ext. # 25200. Calling on behalf of: UCB - United Collections Bureau.

The voicemail message instructed me to hang up if I was not the person named (gave my first and last name). Then, she stated that by continuing to listen, I was acknowledging that I was in fact (gave my first and last name again). Then she stats she was giving me a 3 second pause for me to move to a private area because sensitive material would be shared. She went on to say that this was an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained would be used for that purpose. I was told to call Donielle Dodge at 800-866-4747 Ext. #25200 and to reference #44168275. The call was received on 4/27/15 at 3:08 PM EDT. I did not return the call because I know with 100% certainty that I do not have any outstanding debts that have been turned over for collections. I also have not received a letter from anyone stating that I was being turned over to collections due to non-payment.

Then, he stated that if this was not (gave my first name), but if I could possibly get a message to (gave my first name) to please pass it to me and ask me to call Frank at UCB at 800-860-4747 Ext. 25261 and to ask (gave my first name) to reference #44168275. He then stated, "Again, please pass this message to (gave my first name again) and ask her to call Frank." The call was received on 4/24/15 at 11:13 AM EDT. I did not return the call because I know with 100% certainty that I do not have any outstanding debts that have been turned over for collections. Recieved a call from a woman who wouldn't state who she was. just this number.

Phone msg left on home number, when I called back transferred several times and put on hold every time. After hanging up they called back immediately and were searching for personal info. After giving home address which is no secrete but not willing to go any further THEY said they had to end the call.  I have no reason for a collection agency to be contacting me.  SCAM don't give out your personal information to anyone!

I received a call from that number 1-800-860-4747 (UCB) and the man on the phone wanted my birthdate and SSS#.  I would not give him my information over the phone and he said he could not talk to me unless he knew he had the right person.  He said they had sent me a letter in the mail to an address that I have never lived at.  He mumbled something about what the bill was for and when I asked him over he said " you didn't hear that" so I'm not sure whether it on the level or not.   I'm not aware that I'm in collection for anything.  I am going to ignore that phone number from now on.

Got a voicemail from this number for my dad who passed away in 2007.  Kept saying, over and over, "If you are not xxx xxxx do not listen to this message.  This message is for xxx xxxx and xxx xxxx only.  Please hang up if you are not xxx xxxx"

got a call this number dont know what is was about but said listen to it alone and dont let anyone else her the call

I just got the automated call and I'm a college student.
My loans are deferred there is no way I owe anyone anything at this point in time.

Me too. Sounds like a slam to steal money.  This needs reported to your state's attorney general.

I got a voice message from them. It was very noisy in the background and I couldn't understand what she was saying beside they were calling to collect a debt. If anybody is collecting anything they better send me some documents . They left a number and reference number but didn't even state what the debt was for.

I have recived this for Keven McQuarter? Whi is this? I have recived this at least 1 time a month for 3 months. Is their a way of blocking this number from calling me again. ITts getting rude that Im wasting mt unit on a voicemail that dont conern me

These people are united collection Bureau they seem to be a legitimate collection agency.

I  contacted them at the 800 number and waited and waited the hold was long I thought it was a scam, it wasn't

The caller said the number is 800-860-4747 and gave an extension number as well and was not very professional and trying to obtain personal information as well as being rude

received a phone call from them but got the actual place i was billed from and they said they never sent anything to the collection agency.  still waiting on promised papers

The name of this company is UCB. I spoke with three people... The first woman was rude and unprofessional. Her supervisor was not much better. I was sent over to third. In my case UCB erroneously doubled billed y account. I am still awaiting the documents they promised to send. If they are rude to you make sure you speak to a supervisor...

I received a phone call from (unkonwn number) and they gave me this number and they told me to call it  back and they gave me an extension number also. They stated that this was not a sales call, but they did not mention what this call was about.
