It is a survey that I said I agreed to take when I called Tracfone. The funny thing is they called while I was still on the line with the customer service rep, so I missed it.

It IS TracFone.
They were trying to get my phone to work remotely. When I originated the call (1st time 45 minutes) a recording asked if I would like to give feedback on their service. You bet I would!
While I was on a second call to TracFone after I hand wrote ALL of my contacts  because they were going to wipe my phone...they called 5 times on my landline. I was not going to put them on hold to talk to a recording with them. After an hour and twenty minutes they deduced they could not get my phone working and so they decided to FedEx me a new one. Ok sounds good...EXCEPT they couldn't verify my address. My GPS can't verify my address. We live very rural and have had a physical address for maybe 10 years. Sigh.... I explained and TOLD them that BOTH UPS & FEDEX know where we live but that wasn't good enough.... so now they will send it to my PO Box which I don't check except for every 10-14 days because we live so rural. I figure it will be minimum 2-3 weeks before I get the new phone. We will see if they give me my minutes back that I've paid for already. So take heart it takes awhile for a fix on broken phones but it does happen.

But don't Tracfone to do anything to improve customer service as a result of the survey.  It's just window dressing.

Stop calling me.

I tried to reach Straighttalk twice.  Twice, without reaching a person, the phone hung up.  So they are calling with a survey?  It is 6:15am in the morning.  Hopefully they were calling to say, "Oh we are sooooooooooo sorry that we don't answer the phone, and that we just hang up on you."

The StraightTalk phone menu has an automated question asking if you would be willing to do s feedback survey once the call is finished withe their customer service people and they will call back on the phone number you give them when asking for service. To stop these calls in advance select '2' ie do not call with the survey and make sure you don't enter '1' which means they will call back.

After the several different calls I have made in the last 18 months since I got the phone, I'm sure they would not want to hear my survey responses anyway. I use them to check how my BP meds are working!

BTW, it seems to be a simple 3 question survey, rating from 1 to 5 on 3 criteria, not a huge waste of your time, and over in about 30 seconds.

Missed call. A little early for satisfaction survey since I've been trying to establish cell phone service for three days.  Terrible service from whatever third world country providing their alleged customer service.  So far they have done everything but transfer my old number to Straight Talk.  Nothing but BS  and broken English excuses. They really don't want to talk to me right now......

Many thanks to those who identified this as a Tracfone customer survey.  I have Tracfone and am waiting to get help from them.  I was told they might call with a survey re how helpful they were.  Well, they're not helpful yet - I'm still waiting!  Stupid to want to survey a customer *before* they get the help they need.  Makes me want to give them a very bad review (which I probably will anyway.  ALWAYS have problems updating my minutes with TF.)

Yeap, same thing happened to me.

Tracfone customer survey calls back when you have just been connected to someone for assistance.  It would make sense to wait until the call ends.

I just transferred to straighttalk, I didnt answer the call when it came in.  If I wanted to do the survey I would of gave them my call back number.  

Poor company when you can't get a live person on the phone.

Thanks, for the info above.   Weird that I got this TracFone survey call while I was still on the line talking to the TracFone representative.    Would have been much easier to talk to the rep without the call waiting beeps due to the survey call.

This number is calling me several times each day.  Nobody is ever there when I pick up the phone.  I do not owe anyone any monies.  I never have  and hopefully never will.
