juston marshal tryed to get me to send him  $1000.00 and in return I would get 2 mil. dollors and A new car ,He kept calling me day and night and I told him he was a scamer but he kept telling he wasent he needed the money to put me in the system so he could deliver the car and money I asked him where thy were now he told me they were close to me and ready to drop it all off it was 9pm I told him tomarrow we would talk He then cald me back and said the driver were at A hotel close to me I asked him what hotel he said it was about 100 miles from me I asked for the name of the hotel he could not tell me  He is A hug scammer   watch out for this number  876-482-3087 or any 876 numbers

He got us for HP toners ,$2000.00 worth.We got charged back from credit card company and that was the end of it.We reported it to the feds,They went out there and found the ind. who sighned for the delivery then he mailed the toner elsewheres..

On 11/25/08 we received a faxed request from Justin Marshall at Ivory Diesel requesting a toner order be placed for his company.  Because we had never done business with them, we requested payment information upfront to place this order.  He outlined that he would like the different toner types to be charged to two separate cards.  The same day, we generated a matching invoice for this toner order.  

On 11/26/08 we charged both cards given and the credit card went through and was approved.

On 11/25/08 we shipped this toner to 24 Lyon St in Binghamton, NY 13901.  The original shipment delivery was refused by UPS for a bad address.  On 12/12 we reshipped to the other address listed on the original fax order, 833 Cleveland Ave. in Schenectady, NY 12306.  UPS confirmed that this package was successfully delivered; no signature was required because we had already received payment for the order.  

After receiving this chargeback notification we did some research into this client online and found a source where multiple people have posted similar stories to this one.  It appears that this ?Justin Marshall?/?Ivory Diesel? is scamming toner companies and using stolen credit cards to do so.

What's amazing is how lazy and incompetent the credit card companies have become.

Justin Marshall, Yep he tried us as well in Montana. New comapny this time. Bramah Diesel in Havre, MT. Good thing we called a friend up there and checked out the address for a motel. He tried buying 5k plus worth of engine parts from us. I told him to take a hike. Here are the phone numbers he gave us. 800-991-7105 ext 128 and fax 888-921-4567. My caller id picked up this 800 number from him 800-971-3868 and the best of all called id 310-601-7374 which is for Beverly Hills , CA. Hope this helps anyone out there so they don't get hit.

My company just rec'd the same fax. Asking for a price quote on a large quantity of very expensive HP toners. I felt suspicious, so I googled the company and found all of these postings. Thanks so much!

Received several faxes listing this number as a fax # for a compnay called IMPULSE ID SYSTEMS (which is a legit company but not with the info on the fax). This is the same scam reported above. They're looking for an HP toner quote. The info on the fax is:

We received the same fax from Ivory Diesel 12/01/08 and recognized it as a scam, googled it and found this post. We report all these type scams to the FTC and the local state attorney which everyone should do. I just wish someone would take them down and others like them. Maybe someone can use the following information better than me. Thanks for posting!

Total fraud, looking for HP toners!

Just received a fax requesting a price for HP ink toners. First thing I did was google the 800 number, SCAM.If everybody would post things like this maybe fewer business would get scamed. This is a major scam and can not be checked out no matter how you check them.

Received a fax from Ivory Diesel with same 800 phone number.  Requesting quote on Furuno radar...same model that is used on all the other scams that we receive daily...always the same model number.  Listed e-mail address as jmarshall@ivorydiesel.com.  Tried searching for iverydiesel.com but no such listing.

Definately a scam.

"Justin Marshall" from Ivory Diesel placed an order with our company for $5000+ of product.  We tried to run the two cards he provided but neither worked.  When we sent a fax back telling him of the CC problem, he then sent another fax with two more credit cards.  The faxes had company letter head and a billing and shipping address that were different from his company address.  He claimed that the shipping address was the company's warehouse.
I googled Ivory Diesel and found that the same guy had been marked on 800Notes under a different name and phone number.  THIS GUY IS A SCAMMER.  Below are the comments from his other number:

*URGENT WARNING* DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THIS PERSON! IT IS FRAUD! All address given are ALWAYS a place of residence, usually apartments, with "Suite" #'s. He gives Credit Card #'s and delivery addresses that do not match addresses registered to cards. NO HELP from credit card companies, nor will they notify/alert cardholders (not even when authorities call)! When you call phone #'s given, they all have his name and state to leave a message. Note: I also filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (www.ftc.gov) an apparently this makes the info available to law enforcement through Consumer Sentinel, "a secure online database available to thousands of civil and criminal law enforcement agencies worldwide.EVERYTHING this "Robert Meyer" is doing is BOGUS!! BEWARE!

Monday 10/06/08 Received request for quote on toners from Ivory Diesel listing this tel#.  Rober Meyer placed order using 2 credit cards which did not match the name on the cards (called Visa to verify).  Delivery address is an apartment.  No doubt this is a scam.
