All I have to say is that if you are a valid business, why don't you leave messages? I fully admit I have debts that need to be paid and when I can afford to pay the bills I am paying them. But how am I to deal with someone who calls me several times a day (I'm talking 5 or more) and doesn't ever leave any information such as a contact or how I can get in touch with someone to get this taken care of. If you call people you need to leave a message and not harass them all day. Also why would you not mail something to them? If you have my phone # you obvisously know how to get in touch with me so mail something. I don't have time to chase someone down that is calling me.
And another thing, I find it funny that your spending so much time on this message board Mr. McCarthy.

We   have had   7 calls   by this law office on  a cell phone which is specifically for the church secretary to  locate  the pastor in the event of a pastoral emergency, we have  had this  phone number for the past  9 years, where or how did  this  law office obtain it as it is  private and not listed

This person is presently under investigation  by the  State of  Florida and The  Federal Government , specifically The Federal Trade Commission and  other  agencies   for violations  of  the  Fair Credit Reporting Act,   If  he has called you do not respond  to him  but report him  to The Federal Trade Commission on line  complaint form which is sent to  various  state and  federal law enforcement agencies to investigate and prosecute

I have received 10 calls from this number since October 16th and only on my cell phone. Today was the first time a voice mail was left and it did state it was regarding an outstanding debt.  I know I have no outstanding debts and 99.9% of my family doesn't even know my cell phone number to list me as an alternative contact. Also, we have enough respect for each other to ask first before listing as an alternative contact on financial obligations.  

You guys called me about a debt but when I check my credit report your debt never shows up .. and when you call you say its a debt but you want to all my information before you tell me about the debt, I am not giving out my personal info to anyone on the phone if you are legitimate collector you would be forthcoming about the debt instead of being low budget detective and try to get more info on  who your calling...ca

Block the number then send the morons a Cease and Desist letter. By law they must stop calling.

Your law office keeps calling my home!  Tonight's call was after 8:15.  My husband has a terminal illness. He needs his rest. I am 67 years old I do not owe anyone, this is harassment of the elderly.  I am going to contact the Attorney Generals Office and see if they can not assist me in taking care of you.  The very stern voice, does not scare me it only ticks me off, and makes me more determined to screw you like you are doing to me. I will not return any call.  Any normal law office would not call this late and say call me today. So demanding. I have lived a long time with no one demanding me to do a dammed thing..... Conduct your business like you should, maybe not a recording. Maybe someone that could speak on the other end.  If you would like to give me a job assisting you on phone calls, I might consider it til that time......up yours

This guy calls even though he knows it's an wrong number. Two reasons he does this. (1) if you want your number be removed, you have to give him all your information. If you do, he gets your info and can sell it to third parties. (2) If you don't answer the call or give him your info to get your number removed, he just keeps calling and charging his client for making the calls. Therefore in any case, he makes money from every call he makes no matter what. He is using the loopholes in the system to make profit regardless how unethical it is (guess economic contraction has an impact on his moral standard.) The best way to get ride this type of practice is to fix the loophole, or simply ignore or block the calls and let him to charge his clients. Hopefully his clients will find out why they are charged so much. Then no one would use this guy anymore. People often forget that being too greedy can backfire. This poster should be made more spread through internet.

Many pains and anxieties of life are usually caused by the pursuit of riches, and wealth. Living within ones own means results in less anxieties and phone calls when these people call.
