I've been receiving daily automated calls from Michael Zewitt (spelling?) of Morgan Drexen, purported to be calling about a recent conversation regarding my unsecured debt & how he needs to get the paperwork done.  I've NEVER talked to anyone from this company about anything.  What's more, if I happen to pick up the phone instead of letting the answering machine handle it, their autodialler causes my oh-so-wonderful VOIP/digital phone system to crash. Sometimes technology is NOT a boon!  As in the case of this scammer company.

Get daily autodialer calls from this #, identifying himself as Michael Zewitt from Morgan Drexen, regarding a recent phone conversation he had about our unsecured debt.   We've never spoken, & I doubt that the previous owner of our phone # ever did, either.  

This repetitive annoying call is NEVER going to garner our business, and I'm certainly advising friends, relatives & acquaintances to avoid this company like the plague it is!

Yea these clowns are calling me as well talking about some unsecured debt that we talked about the other day. I never talked to them and it sounded fishy, I mean who does not have unsecured debt. People you need to wake up. If some guy is talking to to about something you know nothing about don't keep running towards them run away from them they are not real. Unless you are the type that does not remember about talking to people about something as serious as your debt. Now that poor person that actually paid, wow you did not watch your credit like a hawk to see results and not notice after the first 90 days nothing was happening. I believe in California there is laws about them calling your cell phone using time that you pay for to conduct business calls. As for everyone else why would you ever want to give money to a company that does not have a brick and mortor that you can go to and slap someone around ( figuratively speaking) if they are ripping you off.  Makes no sence to me and not should it to you. People think we are stupid or slow at best over here but it is time we rise above these telephone thiefs and return the favor. We should design a number that you can switch on our phone that charges two dollars for every call coming in. Do you know how fast these frivolous calls would stop. There is the idea now someone please run with it and get back to me so that we can turn the tide and legally take these rip off artist to the cleaners wash them up and groom them for a future of rightousness. They have the right idea just the wrong morals. They started on the right foot and landed on the wrong foot. I did the same thing i was watching the last few minutes of divorce court and it said call to win a tv so i called and listened to the exclusive offers they had and one was to get out of debt. I ended up talking to a manwuel. He was supposed to call at 9:00  the next morning didn't call so i called the 1 800 number and it says it's out of service.

just block the number  if you dont want them to call you.

I just got a new number for about 2 weeks and keep receiving calls from this number every day. they left voice message telling me to call them to discuss my situation.  I don't even know them, they are very annoying. stop calling my number.

I have been recieving these call for about a year, a woman voice is always on there telling me that I made an appointment to talk with them and call them back so they can get started on my case.

I have not heard of these people and i don't call back or talk to them, early morning calls,and late evening
very annoying people. I want them to stop calling and leave me alone. States the name while leaving the message. MorganDrexen that's  what she says.

Stop this SOB from calling me. I am an older person and it is hard for me to get around and I have to get to the phone to answer these non-sense callers like these. These people need to have their head strummed on. I hope their company goes bankrupt andmaybe the non-sense phone calls will stop!

You woudlnt answer from my brothers phone but when i called from my phone there was an answer and the lady was vety rude when i started asking questions, then hung up on me. I had to waste my time and call again and tell another lady all the was going on. No wonder you all have bad reviews. What a horrible company

I have tried on numerous occasions to talk to a live person to have my number removed from their list. I have not been able to reach a live person but have left messages on their system to remove my number from their call list. If anyone has any advice on what I can do to get this company to stop calling, I would gladly appreciate the help!

Call and there is no one there.

Everyday, including weekends, I get a call. No one is on the line, but after about 15 seconds, a recording starts. If I don't answer, I get most of the recording on my voicemail. My plan is to program the number into my fax machine and let it call all day!

They are doing so by displaying our 800-868-1458 phone number as their caller ID when attempting to call you.

To further protect your identity NEVER disclose to anyone including any Morgan Drexen employee your FULL credit card account numbers. Morgan Drexen debt consultants will only request a partial number if necessary. To insure that you are working with Morgan Drexen you may also log into this website as a client of one of the law firms confirming your status with Morgan Drexen.

Morgan Drexen has contacted and is working in full cooperation with the Colorado Attorney General, the Missouri Attorney General, as well as a senior prosecutor with the Federal Trade Commission regarding the “Spoofing” of Morgan Drexen’s Caller ID.

If you have received a fraudulent telephone call displaying 800-868-1458 please call us at 800-868-1458 and press 0 and request to speak with Protective Services.

It has also come to our attention that Morgan Drexen has been erroneously linked to the following phone number: (402) 982-0532.  A telemarketer who has leased this phone number is unlawfully placing harassing telephone calls to consumers who have registered their phone numbers with the Federal Trade Commission.

Morgan Drexen has no connection to this telemarketer.  We have contacted the owner of this phone number, TM Caller ID, LLC., and demanded that this phone number be confiscated from the telemarketer and retired.   TM Caller ID, LLC, has assured Morgan Drexen that this demand will be met.

If you have received an unlawful telephone call from (402) 982-0532, please contact Morgan Drexen at legaldepartment@mdrexen.com or at 800-868-1458 and press 0 and request to speak with Protective Services.  With your permission, we intend to submit your information in our complaint to the Federal Trade Commission.
