A co. called Phillips and something.  Does not like taking I don't know what
you are talking about for an answer.  Called back numerous times with live
or recorded message at all hours and days.

just a shady collection agency trying to collect a 9 year old debt on a truck my son turned back in to the dealer while he was in the army--the dealer screwed him and doubled the payment--so his sgt told him to turn it in!!  it is time barred and no longer a valid debt but if you are dunb enough to pay on one of these debts the time limit starts again- everyone should check the statute of limitations in their state for all types of debts--don't be a victim--they have already screwed up your credit rating!!

keep getting calls--don't ever get a message or anything when I answer--funny- they don't want to listen to you but they get all hot and bothered when you don't want to listen to them.  I"m on social security anyway so they couldn't touch me if I did owe some body money !!

They called twice today --- does anyone know who they usually represent?  I keep saying I'm not Brenda or Erika, and that I'm a male,  but they dont care

Got a few phone calls from them and they never left a message. This morning I took the call as I was curious. After getting an automatic message and confirming my name with press 1 I got a life person on the phone. Her name was ??? and she claimed to be from a Financial collector company and she would call regarding my credit card brand X and she wanted to know when I will pay this card??? I told her she called the wrong person and hang up. Don't know who they are and how they got my information. I agree with prior comments.. their information is old.

Calls at 8:05 am again -- what idiots --- I've never received any written notice from a debt collctor, yet they keep calling

Take a old computer install DigAnTel route all your calls through it.  Now the next time they (or there buddies) call, just look in the log get the number and add it to the "Black List"   The next time they call it will sound exactly as if your phone has been disconnect by the CO.

Have received several phone calls and voice mails from this number  looking for another person.  I spoke to a live body today and explained I am not the person they are looking for, I do not know the person they are looking for, and that they have the wrong phone number.  They didn't want to believe me so I asked for the name of their company (call came over phone as unavailable)and physical mailing address so I can send them a certified letter telling them to cease and desist.  I heard in the back ground someone yelling at the person I was speaking to just to hang up on me and not to give me the address.  I was then hung up on.  No doubt they will still call back and I do believe I will report them to the CA. State Attorney General.

I got a call this morning from this firm???  I wonder if they are associate's with /or for Portfolio Recovery ?? Did anyone have the same thought?

It's a bill collector. And not an accurate one at that.

This person spoke so quickly that I had to listen to the message twice just to make sure that all the numbers were writen down correctly...I mean COME ON!!!! If you want someone to call you back slow the heck down when you talk so that we can understand you!!!
