These guys call me every day.  They have the wrong number and leave an automated message for some guy.  When I travel, they fill up my voice mail.  I've made multiple contacts to get them to stop but they just keep on calling and calling and calling.  Please, stop calling me!

This is the phone number of a debt collection agency.  For the past two years, Bank of America has been trying to collect money from someone named Ezra Daneshrad.  When that person borrowed the money, he lied to the bank about his phone number and gave them my phone number.  Bank of America has repeatedly hired debt collection agencies to call me and try to collect money from even though I have told them they have the wrong number.  If you get a call from someone trying to collect a debt you do not owe, ask the caller which bank the money is owed to, then send a letter to that bank telling them to stop calling you and threaten legal action under the Federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act if they do not stop calling.

These people keep calling for someone who doesn't even work for my company.  They leave voicemails almost daily.  I've called them 6 times, spoken to 3 voicemails & 4 different people.  The 3rd person automatically started yelling at me telling me I was being rude when I wasn't at all.  He said he didn't have my phone number in the system any longer but I was still getting to the calls so I asked if I had to file a harassment report... I mean, if he doesn't know how to make the automated calls stop, then how else can I get them to stop?  I asked to speak to his supervisor, which he told me he was the sup, so I asked to speak to someone higher than he was & he said he was the highest.  I then asked if he was the owner, & he said no, so I said "then I'd like to speak with your supervisor."

Received an automated call from this # looking for someone who doesn't live at this phone #.  Any idea who it is?

THESE PEOPLE CALL ME ALL THE TIME.  I WANT IT STOPPED.

They call my second phone line which I use as a business line all tht time and no one is there.  Stupid automated message for someone who doesn't live here - must have had the number at some time.  I don't know how to get them to stop calling!!!!!!!!!!!

Caller is Nelson Watson Assoc, collections service. They never leave a message about why they are calling. The number they called (my cell) belonged to someone else, we weren't the target. They did stop once I told them I wasn't the person they were looking for.

They call me even though I've told them they have the wrong person. No voicemail, just a call that comes in randomly, like they're phishing.

They call CONSTANTLY for the wrong person. The person they're looking for has never even lived here! The people are rude and refuse to quit calling. The man on the phone even told me "Well, SOMEONE has to pay this debt, lady." when I called the number they gave on my answering machine.

What else can I do but report them? I hate these people. I might just start calling them back advertising my babysitting services or some random thing several times a day. :)

I have been receiving phone calls from them as well - as are they calling my boyfriend's place of work, my parents' place of work (and I am 39 years old) - they are abusive and theives. They escheated $2500 in funds from our joint account without my permission. They were to send me confirm that an account that used to belong to my ex (which I took over per divorcea0 would be settled for the $2500 and they would send me paperwork that day confirming as such. I received NOTHING - - called and called leaving messages with them that they were NOT to take the funds because they didn't hold up their end of the bargain. No one returned my phone call AND they took the money anyway. I have hired a lawyer and the bank is working with me to settle it. DO NOT even take their calls!!!

The well spoken harrasing idiot "Justin" truly believes he is working within the legal system, when in fact, on a daliy basis,  he violates the provisions set forth under the Fair Trade Commission's of Federal Debt Collection Pracices Act (FDCPA, 15 u.C.~I 1692)from violating FTC Act 806 of the FDCP A, 15 U . c. ~ I 692d,  

[ Communicating with a consumer at any unusual time or place or a time or place known or which should be known by Defendants as inconvenient to the consumer, including, but not limited to,  the consumer place of employment, when Defendants know or should know that such communications are inconvenient, in violation of Section 805(a)(1) of the FDCPA, 15 U. 1692c(a)(1);  Engaging in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person, in violation of Section 806 of the FDCP A, 15 U . c. ~ I 692d, including, but not limited to using obscene or profane language or language the natural consequence of which is to abuse the hearer, in violation of Section 806(2) of the FDCPA,

These idiots called me at 8:15 this morning, letting the phone ring 3 times and woke me up.  When I answered, no one was there (nor did they leave a message).  When I called back, I got (you guessed it) Nelson-Watson Assoc., calling for my daughter ... who does not live here.  When I asked how they got my number, they said she gave it to them as a reference number a couple of months ago.  Then the rudeness and began.  I googled the number ... and here I am ... with the rest of you ... imagine that.

What really bothers me ... I see the first letter is in 2007 ... and these people are STILL doing it.  Obviously, contacting the FTC or the FDCPA isn't doing a bit of good ... so what's left?

Received a call from a guy asking for my mother. When asked who he was and what he wanted he said i was not permitted to know that. Well i said if you have my unlisted cell phone number than you better damn well have my mom's permission to contact me. He just kept saying he needed for me to get a message to her. I told him not until he told me who he was and why he was calling. Said that they had a reccomendation for my mother in a threatening tone. I told him to shove and hung up. Hit redial and got a voice mail message for Nelson Watson & Associates. Totally shady collection firm!!

i keep receiving calls from a toll free number. when i answer, they put me on hold music then hang up.  i called the number back  800-910-4572 and it belongs to nelson, watkins and associates who ever they are

I too have received calls both on my cell and home number and they ask for Suzanne Johnston...I have asked repeatedly for them not to call me and they say they are removing my number, and never do.  The text on my caller ID is 800 910 0884 but I called them back and they answered as Nelson Watkins and Associates.

I got a call from these pricks, I told them to stop calling me.  They stopped for a while, but now it seems they've started again.

Just got a call from them today and they were looking for my ex husband.  I asked to make sure that I was not involved in whatever they were looking for him about (had no idea it was a debt collection firm till I got home and searched the internet).

At any rate, I gave them my ex's number(s) to reach him.  They told me they would remove my number from the file since we are divorced and obviously we don't live together. He's a deadbeat father anyway so it's no wonder he has collections (this isn't the first one and it won't be the last) up the wazoo!

They leave messages but do not say who they are or what they are calling about just to call them back.

THIS COMPANY CALLED US ABOUT A YEAR AGO AND WANTED ME TO GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT RIGHT OVER THE PHONE. I DETERMINED THEY WERE FRAUDULANT BECAUSE THE CALLER SAID WE HAD OPENED A "HOUSE" ACCOUNT WITH HOME DEPOT - THEY WOULD NOT DO THAT.  MR. STEDELMAN, WHO CALLED TODAY WAS THREATENING, ACCUSING AND TRYING TO INTIMIDATE ME.  I TOLD HIM WE DID NOT HAVE A DEBT AT HOME DEPOT - HE SARCASTICALLY CALLED ME A LIAR.

We receive calls from Alex Falcon constantly. He calls my parents' house, and I am over 30! He called my estranged mother-in-law even trying to tell her of "the dire situation" I am in.

Voice mail message from Becky at extension 2285.  No Becky on returning call rather Ralph with heavy New York Accent.  Said he is with the "Pre lidigation department.  Would not answer any questions, just asked over and over who I was.  Said they would continue to call until I gave them all the info they requested.  Jerks.
