Received a call on my mobile phone from 800-868-8568 on 10/29/2013 at 5:18pm EDT. Did not answer and the caller left an automated voicemail message.
The message was a debt collection call intended for someone unknown to me and requested a callback to 800-262-1999. The message did not reveal who the debt collector was.
A Google search for 800-262-1999 showed that the number belongs to Oliphant Financial.
I have added this number to my Google Voice block list.

I keep receiving calls from them while I am not at home and never bother to leave any kind of message in my answering machine. If they have nothing important to leave as a message then they should just stop calling me.
