repeated calls for someone we don'tknow and they keep calling. Want it to stop asap

This is Enhanced Recovery Company also known as NCO. They try to collect on debt that is past it's statute of limitations & can be very nasty on the phone. They will also harass you over debt that is non-existent.

Calls several times a day and says nothing.

Over the last few years I have continually been harassed by bill collectors looking for other people.  Note: I NEVER cosign for anyone else, and I have excellent credit.   This really ticks me off because I had nothing to do with these other people borrowing and not repaying, but I can't get bill collectors to stop calling me.

The DO NOT CALL list does not apply to collection agencies.  The only way to stop calls from a collection agency is to request in writing that they quit calling you.  It's always preferable to send it by certified mail so that you have proof that they received it.  Then if they continue calling you, you can file a complaint with the FTC.
