I get calls from this number day, night and weekends! Quite annoying!

Put a caller ID on it, will you please?

1st time a AAA survey asking about car repair.  This was a bot left on voicemail.  2nd time, didn't answer and no message

They called may 3rd, 5th, 7th and 11th at various times. Its a robocall from AAA. I'm going to call AAA and complain about them spamming me with these damn surveys. Also might just change to another provider.

They keep calling me on my cell phone but there is a problem with the automated survey. When I push "1" to say "Yes, I would like to participate in the survey, I get the same message asking me if I would like to participate in a survey. Occasionally, I will go to the next step asking me if I went to an approved AAA service center, press "1" if the answer is yes. I press "1" and it then asked me if I would like to participate in their survey. This goes on and on. I've tried 8 times at least to participate because I'm not happy with the place they suggested I take my auto!

I do ALL my own repairs and service and have NEVER been a AAA member. This is more likely a criminal scammer on a phishing journey. NOTHING legitimate is done by unsolicited telemarketing.

Nothing legitimate is done by telemarketing. Should be made illegal and enforced for ALL unsolicited callers.

Like Kristan's post awhile back, ever since I signed up for DNC list a few years ago, I've been getting flooded with calls from "exempt" organizations like charities, political campaigns, and surveys----plus a lot of scams I'm sure.  (All of these people have access to a HUGE database of numbers with DNC)

Got one call from this number about 2pm yesterday.  No message.  The Caller ID just said "Toll Free Call."  If it is AAA, it should say so.

I am an AAA member, but for over 30 years, and they have NEVER called me.  I do go to a AAA approved car repair shop, but I've never gotten anything from them about that either.  They do keep sending me stuff in snail mail about life insurance, auto insurance, and Triple A "plus" benefits.

Anyway, I don't answer calls from people or numbers I don't recognize/want to talk to.

I figured if someone can't leave a legit message and number, they must not want to talk to me that badly.

I get a LOT of these calls, and now I hang up on THEM whenever I can.  Don't speak, just pick up and "CLICK."  Anyone can call and claim to be anyone.

Got this message [via Google Voice]:

Hello, This is an important call from AAA. We have a record of you having your car repaired at [repair shop] on the road bear [repair shop] on the road there is a AAA approve facility. So we randomly survey some other customers to make sure they provide excellent service. We would like to invite you to participate in the survey. The survey is very short. It takes less than 2 minutes. Please. Call (800) 880-3024 at your earliest convenience. Thank you.

I get my oil changed from the [repair shop]. I don't want to answer any surveys.

Got a call on my cell from this number about a recent(7 month ago !) car service.
What a joke.

I think it may be a hoax.  Beware! The "survey" started with a question if I had received service at a local business. To me it sounded more like "they" were trying confirm that they had the correct person not concerned about service. Strangely enough received an email from my bank that my account may have been compromised about 2 hours prior.  If I had to put money I would say its a social engineering scheme that is trying to put details together.

Go f*** yourself triple AAA.  dont call me and wasted me f****ng time.

I did not get any service, and I am not an AAA member, but this number keeps calling me and asking the questions.  "9" didn't work.

AAA calling to survey me about a recent visit to a AAA approved repair facility.

I got a call a few minutes ago. It was a survey. I am not a member of AAA. Nor have I had any repairs on my car. I call shinigans!

I have been getting recorded calls on a daily basis for past 2 weeks on my cell phone claiming to be AAA and checking up on automotive work a company called Mikes Automotive did on my car and as they are on the AAA good Automovitve shop list they wanted to know if they did a good job. This is a LIE as I called AAA of California and they are upset that someone is using their name to make unsolicited calls and they DO NOT MAKE    follow up calls to customers. Since other people using this online site to complain about calls I am convinced that the person may be calling to talk dirty to women if he gets a chance as the calls are made outside business hours it appears and come at all times of the day and evening. Call the  toll free Federal numbers and complain. 1-888-225-5322

I have been called almost once a day for 2 weeks straight ever since I brought my truck to my local Ford Dealer for repair. They've annoyed me to the point that I have decided never to bring my Truck back to that dealership. If find it ironic that the service inquiring about how my service was is the only complaint I have.

I don't use no mechanic but me, myself, and I to work on my car. Wouldn't trust one for no amount of money they could give me to let them touch anything of mine..

I don't think it's AAA at all. I got a call, but it was on my cell, and they don't have
that at AAA. They asked about a service place I never went to, and asked that I call
back to complete the survey. I called from my landline, and got a recording that says
to take the survey OR to get my number on a do not call list, I first have to enter it.
Sounds like a scam to get your phone number so they can deluge your cell phone
with telemarketers.

Yes I was called twice today from the same number! Ignore that number if you are being called!

received two calls from this number, one I answered and there was no one responding, the other I missed and a 2 second silent voicemail was left.  One was in the afternoon, and the other was a saturday morning.  Both on my cell.

If our phone number is already registered on the National Do Not Call Registry...why do we have to take time out of our day to call AAA and get placed on their DNC list?

Left a voicemail requesting participation in a survery because I had a part replaced at an approved AAA repair shop.  AAA wants to ensure that the service the repair shop provided was acceptable to me.  Nice gesture but a bothersome call.  Will probably call back.  And still...I won't answer.  If the service is bad, I'll let them know!

Iv'e been getting a call from this number repeatedly and it's a AAA Auto Center wanting me to take a 2 minute survey. Funny...I just put my number on the DNC list two weeks and have been flooded with calls from various survey/telemarketers since then.

I called back the number and it was an automated AAA survey about a recent visit to a local repair shop. It was just 3 or 4 quick yes or no questions. I've always gotten good service from the shop so I was happy to let them know. I would recommend taking the survey. You either help a business that you've had good dealings with or help keep people away from bad apples.

This was a good tip.  Called the number back, pressed 9 (twice in order to get the automated menu to switch), entered my number and it was added to AAAs DO-NOT-CALL-LIST.

Call the number back and press 9 to be placed on DO-NOT-CALL list.  Won't be bothered again.

He said he was from AAA, wanting to ask questions about our last experience with a local car repair company that is a member of AAA. When call returned, no answer.
