Quincy Brown has called our number 9 times in 26 hours.  He speaks down to us, is very argumentative and has no sales ability.  He argued that he sent information twice via email and none has been received, I checked Spam and Junk.  Have to imagine that he owns the company because who would employ him?  A real jerk.

Deb is correct. After all this time, the man is still there!  I called for information about selling a timeshare. I asked if they charged an up front fee, and the man on the phone talked about something else. So I asked again, all in total, I asked about four times and never received an answer. This man always avoided the question. I said no thanks and hung up. Do you know he called back, and got very rude. I asked him not to call again. He is crazy! Do you know he called the next day! I asked that he not call me again and hung up. Immediately after that call, I noticed on my phone that he had called three times that same day, before I reached home. I immediately put this number on my do not call list. I do not know how he holds a marketing job.

I was offered a GREAT price of $1295 instead of their usual $2500 for up front fees.  And the guy was a snobby, sarcastic little dork.  He spoke over me as if a father talking to a child and spelled things out for me as if I was stupid for being shocked at the numbers he threw at me for up front costs.  And to think that people like that actually have a chance to get to heaven later in life if they repent... life is just so unfair.

I just received an obnoxious call from a "Quincy Brown" 800-882-0296. He was rude and condescending.  He was rude to my husband and claimed to be from our timeshare that we own.  He repeated multiple times he was from our timeshare.  That's misrepresentation.  Quincy Brown is a liar and I can't believe they would have someone like that working for their company.

I wanted to sell my time share. This Diana miller called me from the number that now I'm doing research from. She keeps e-mailing  me and asking me for 600$ before I sign any contract.

They are very persistent and keep calling back and want you ti sign on the dotted line asap.  usually if something smells funny it is not correct.  they also offered/guaranteed a higher price than the owners offer for a direct sale.  it just won't happen and they also try to guarantee the property will be sold quickly.  Money back guarantees are also offered.  too goof to be true.......

I had the same problem. We had documented each phone conversation and time and date.  After much frustration I sent a copy to the attorney general's office. I was one of the fortunate ones and got my money back. I understand that my results are few but having things well documented helps and I think helped in this case. Good luck

Yes you did call them first reporter 1. However, once you tell them you are not interested and to stop calling, by Federal Law they are supposed to stop calling. It is just like calling around for a quote on auto insurance; you call them and ask for a price. If you choose not to use their services, you have the right to tell them to stop calling you. By him calling you back repeatedly and using foul language, he is in direct violation of the Federal Consumer Protection Act. Besides, these time share companies are all a scam. I get at least one call per week from different ones and we don't even have a time share anymore!!!

They actually misrepresent by saying they are from your timeshare. They are not affiliated with my timeshare company and try to scam you to giving them money to help you sell your timeshare.

I was interested in getting information on selling my Blue Green timeshare.  With in a day I recieved a call from sellyourtimesharenow.com
Number above.  The guy on the phone talked to me for about 2 minutes and explained that I should easily get $11k for my time share.  No way, I paid 8k for it 3 years ago and blue green themselves has not changed the rate for my level of timeshare since.  Why would anyone by a timeshare from a website not affiliated with the timeshare company for more than the time share would sell it for.
Further more after I explained that to the guy on the phone, he then explained to me some mumbo jumbo and explained the fees.  Then asked for my credit card info so that I could pay the discounted marketing fee of 695.00.  What pay for someone to sell something for me before they have a sale.  Not gonna happen.  I told him that is way too much and I can sell it my self and hung up.  He then proceeds to call me back immediately.  Left a message, then calls again.  I answered and said I was not interested and please stop calling.  He calls 6 more times before I decided to just get down right ignorant with him.  I told him he is waisting his time, my time and to stop calling.  Wow the idiot called me again.  So I called him an idiot after he called me an A**, and explained to him how his sales approach is not going to work on me so do not call again or I will have my attorney contact you and explain why you shouldnt.
Needless to say the calls stopped.  I dont even have an attorney... HE HE HE

Never give out your credit card until all things are clear and you know what you are paying for.  As soon as someone asks for your credit card this is because they intend to charge it.  For no other reason will anyone ask for credit card information.
