I recently dated an employee of United Check Systems.  WHAT A SCAM!!!  I witnessed, first hand,  severe drug abuse, alcoholism, and was told about many illegal techniques they use to attempt to collect money.   I witnessed drug transactions by said employee. I was told all about how they call local businesses claiming to be law offices, in order to SCAM free food.  I am dealing with said employee using her work to gather personal information about me, EVEN THO I HAVE NO ACCOUNT WITH HER COMPANY. She uses her work computer to create fake Facebook accounts to harass me, and to share personal information.
   I was told all about several employees having severe cocaine addiction problems, and alcohol problems. The individual that I was involved with has a SEVERE opiate addiction issue, and has a file with Child Protective Services. Many of the employees have been associated with other agencies, that have already been shut down for illegal practices.

United check systems is a small collection agency where the owners of nickel city funding buy old pay day loans and are the lowest of the low.  They do not follow the FDCPA ...I recieved a call from someone by the name Mr. Swygrt claiming i was going to be supeona'd to court ect...I reported them to the BBB.

This man called my house asked for my father and I told him he was not ava. this number has called back everyday for months leaving harrassing messages!  Told me was going to serve him at his place of business and did not want him blind sided by this matter.  THey then told me all about my fathers bill and how could I help him??  What type of place calls and ask me to pay his bill!  I researched this place and have lost of info.  This place is owned by the same people as nickle city lending or nickle city morgage. The manager is the famous richard swygert aka ATT. ADAMS!  The employees call with made up names and threaten you to bay inflated bills that you no longer even owe!  My fathers bill was out of stat!  that means they can not collect on that bill.  Just so you know these are payday loan collectors and they can threaten you but that is it!  You never have to pay back a payday loan that is way they are now illegal!  Good luck United Check Systems,  You will have my AG complaint soon!  I hope everyone reads this and and flips the tables on you!  Just like you called everyone I know I will now post your family and friends I m ight call your neighbors and threaten them like you did mine!

This is too funny these people get on here and try to talk up their company!  Then they post on here like they are a normal person to make their business look good.  Just stop scamming people! And stop calling!

This place is a scam!  They called me about my ex wifes bill.  I told them she was not in and they told me they had an order to server her!  That she had a court date set up and had to appear unless she call this number and set up another option.  I call an spoke with Att Adams said he was only carring out the instructions provided to him by his client.  He told me I could settle this matter for about half the amount owed and save my wife the trouble.  I made an excuse and hightailed it off the phone.  WHY WOULD THEY TELL ME HER INFORMATION?
I started to research this a bit and have came up with alot of information!  I will post it soon.  DO NOT PAY THESE SCAMMERS!

This company called me today!  Automatic Message....returned call was about my payday loan.  I did take out a loan about a year ago.  That place closed and I have not been able to make payments.  Now the balance is huge and I can not afford an attorney for court.  Told them to do what they have to do I have no way to pay that much and I did not ever borrow that much!  I tried to set up a payment plan, but when I told them I needed small payments their nice attitude left and he yelled at me and hgup the phone!  TAKE ME TO COURT BUT STOP CALLING ME

Why did you not file a complaint??  They are threatning you and you are not going to do anything??  Call the ATTORNEY GENERAL!  Get this place shut down for its illegal practices!  AGENT ROBERTS?? what type of agent??  FBI POLICE what???  This  is what LAWSUITS are for!! They also called my mother.  She was aware she had a payday loan, but the store closed and she did not have a way to pay the bill.  When this company contacted her she was scared to give them her account info.  They put AGENT ROBERTS on the phone with my 78 years old mother and he yelled at her and scared her into giving her banking info to pay this bill.  SHE THEN CALLED ME!  I am currently starting a lawsuit against them.  I had her previous loan information!  It was a CHECKMATE LOAN and they DOUBLED the amount she owed!  My mother called to cancel the payment and they would send her to voicemail but would not talk to her again!  She finally reached a girl there who said she would bring the matter to the attorneys attention.  THIS IS A COLLECTION AGENCY there are NO ATTORNEY's!  They took the full payment the next day and then if that was not enough they took the same amount out again 2 weeks later!  DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR ACCOUNT INFO!  

The attorney I hired found out AGENT ROBERTS IS RICHARD SWYGERT OF ORCHARD PARK NEW YORK!  A DEBT COLLECTOR NOT A LAWYER!!

Cell phone numbers are bought by companies like this from data companies like lexus nexus or credit bureau reports.  They pay a monthly fee to get this info and harass you.  Yes it is wrong, but debt collectors are all the same!  It is about their bottom line not about you or your debt!  Most of them have a specific amount they have to collect or they will lose their job!!  It is important you realize that!

I received a call from this number today, asking about a relative. I was told the caller was a "detective in a federal 'CSI' investigation" regarding a distant family member. The caller said he obtained my phone number using a "national database". I checked the number and it was a United Check Systems. I have never heard of them so long story short, they are not getting information out of me!

I received a call from this number and the man left a message to call him to resolve a matter and they will be contacting my employer to settle this matter, I have no idea what it is about.

Called my mom's home phone in the morning. "Steven Thomas" was polite with her. Was looking for a relative that used her name, address, & phone as a "nearest relative".
Early afternoon, received a call from don't know what number, but "Agent Roberts", who told me he was an investigator,  was RUDE & HARRASSING to both my mom & me. He threatened to come to her address & get the relative, to which my mom said he didn't live there. He aggressively accused me of "hiding him" & he would not tell me what agency he was with nor would he give me his phone number so I could verify who he said he was.
I later spoke with "Steven Thomas" and he told me he spoke with my mom earlier... problem is he gave me a different name-- Mike Tompkins (My mom said she spelled out "Thomas" to make sure she heard right.)
I told "Mike" if "Agent Roberts" ever called her again, I would file harrassment charges with Maricopa County.
