Um...I am with Rogers, my account is ALWAYS negative as I pay ahead.  What I don't understand that it is ok for companies to do this, legit or not.  Very frustrating.  My phone has gone off 3 times in just over an hour with this number.

I use Telus, not Rogers. But these idiots call several times a day anyway and it's been going on for weeks. I have them blocked but that just means my phone doesn't ring. The number still registers on my phone. Maybe I should switch to Rogers.

This number claimed to be Direct Energy "specifically says a home services company" who called me from this number to say that the labour distruption will not effect service and to call another 1800 number is I need any service.  Could be a scam I have no idea Im not calling it.

It's rogers, didn't pay my bill, paid it online, and same number called back to confirm.. Rogers not a scam, sounds Indian because they were, who else would want to do that job..

Pay your bills. I have dealt with Rogers credit services before. It always comes up as 1866 number.

Also my account is in good standing and they have been calling relentlessly, 2-6 times a day. 7 days a week at all hours for 2 weeks plus.

No legitimate Rogers call centre conducts business in that manner. Even the ones trying to sell new services and products.

It's Rogers credit services, i went on vacation and forgot to pay them, it appears they called a lot...

Pay your cell phone bill and it goes away...   Just like magic!

when you call this number back it says it has a new directory number and for you to call 10145787 lol and to boot each call to them cost 3.90 per min and you must be over the age of 18

This number calls me like 100 times a week I answered once and it just hangs up it's really making me mad how do I block it from calling me?

has called me 3 times today, 2 yesterday, and started the day before. It hangs up after 1 ring, so I haven't been able to pick up yet.

This is not a legit Rogers number..

This is some type of company trying to scam and the post from J-Man is bs..

Do a Google search for the number and not a single post comes up showing that the # is associated with Rogers..

Someone called me from this number claiming to work for Rogers but:

1. They could not pronounce my very simple last name
2. Sounded like the caller was from India or someone overseas
3. Call sound quality was complete garbage
4. The ''Rogers Rep'' had no customer service skills whatsoever
5. 3 awkward pauses by the ''Rogers Rep'' in under 1 minute
6. Claimed to work for credit relations when my account is in good standing
7. I have been with Rogers for over 3 years and have never been called from this number

Do not fall for this scam : )
