this number and other numbers that are only three digits call me too and all they do is hang 2 seconds after i answer

well i'm a 17 year old wanting to be a photographer and my camara broke last month. and last night i got a callfrom A.J. Samuels from this # saying i won a digital camara and i only had to pay 1.95 for shipping and handling. i'm young i don't have much experience with telemarketers so i felt for it and after that i told my mom and she insisted it was a scam and after doing research i found out it is. so i might pretty much be screwwed!!!! so what i'm gonna do is cancel my bank account tomorrow morning. I'm so mad i can't believe my dumb a** failed for it. But isn't against the law or something since i'm 17?

ok this guy did the same for me as all of you. but when hye qasked me for my phone number i asked why, (seeings that he already called it) He said "thats a stupid question.. are you mentally ill" which i took offense to because thats rude.. he called me a f***in beech, and my husband got on the phone and he told him that i am having marital relations with other people. got called from this one too, so I called the Fed. the agent told me that these people route the calls thru computers all over the world, and it's impossible to trace them, tho some have been coming from africa. he also said that they're probably gathering money for terrorist organizations. never give them any info!

I have received three calls from 800-888-7890, one to my cell other two to my home. on my answering machine it was an indian man yelling at my answering machine. It is freaking me out.

I've gotten 2 calls from the people claiming 2 be Apex and I won a digital camera. 1st time I said not interested & remove me from their list. I then hung up. 2nd time was yesterday 1/2 at noon. Told them not interested that they called last week and were asked to remove me. The person starting asking me my boob size and using foul language. I am reporting them and if he calls back I would personally track him down.

just got the call from the 8887890 number but didnt answer, then called back again but unknown some indian women answerd laughing and then said hello said they were from apex, gave me the deal baout free camra when they asked about my bank details i told them thanks so u know convo has been tapped by the police and im at the station right now, they hung up right away, they called me twice that day in abput 10 mins, haven herd from them sicne, so try telling them ur taping the convo after there speach when they get to bank details, they automaticly hang up then, havent herd from them since

This a$$hole keeps calling trying to get my personal Information.  I would just say dont tell them s**t and always question why this person calls you up and ask personal information.  So I told him to go screw himself and hung up.

Received 3 call from this number, missed the first two. I answered it the third time. They said something incoherent and hung up after 19 seconds.

Our cell phone carrier said they don't show up on registry for any information and there is nothing they can do to block the number. They recommend not answering the phone when they call. Love verizon! lol

"Indian" type accent guy has called us many times on our cell phone, and we ask each time to be taken off the calling list, and tell them they are calling our cell phone.
He persists he is not selling anything, then goes on into a sales pitch.
My husband just asked for his name and company name, he hung up. It's the same guy every time.

F*** these foreign scam artists.  I'm of Indian ethnicity (born in Chicago), and have been back to India many times to visit relatives and let me just emphasize that these scam operations are truly a disgrace to anyone from the Southasian region of the world.  If I had all the money in the world, I'd buy an air ticket just to fly out to wherever their call center is and beat the living crap out of them.

They call once a day and offer a free camera and 2 day trip I told them I'm not interested and they just hung up and still keep calling.

I have gotten this number call my cell phone the last few days, the last time I said quit calling this number and i get a response of inappropriate language.

I received a phone call from this number 1800-888-7890 I asked what type of company it was? he said you should not care....so I said I'm not interested Thank you. He answered me by saying....(F*** you go to hell or if you want you can f*** me to.I tried to call back, it stated that this call can not be made from my calling area.

They called me 3 times. at the third time they left me a message. I only heard a guy saying "Asasu" and that was it. I don,t know what it means.

Apex Indian guy. Asked him "what is wrong with you?"  He then started going off and then said you son of a b***h and hung up.

How do these people get our cell phone numbers? Esp when its not given out to anyone???

Its been my number for ebver and before that it was my parents who are crazy seretive with their numbers...

I live in Vermont... There is really no cell signal here... twice in one hour while i was in a movie, and a third time two hours after that.... it was after 6pm... wtf?

I have gotten calls from this company.  A guy with an Indian accent claims that he is from Apex and wants to offer me a vacation package.  I asked him ato take me off the mailing list and he told me to shut up 3x and hung up.

I keep getting called from 800-888-7890 about 3 times. I blocked him from calling me using Motorola Security. Dang this guy NEEDS to be reported. Here is another known number of him:

I have been called by this number 4 times. I finially picked it up wondering who it was. This man with a VERY thick accent was saying I won something in my town and saying I won a camera and a trip and asked for all of my information. I was lucky enough to only give him my first and last name although that still makes me very nervous. Then he hung up on me when I said I am not going to give the rest of my information on the phone. I am scared! Find out who this is!

I just got the call and told me bout digital cam and all.They already have my info (even my bank's rouding number).they asked me to check if my info was correct and I responded many times .also,they ask me to repeat and they will record so I denied and finally hung up.They kept calling me.I already report to customer.gov but will they put me in trouble in the future?

They have been calling for a month. 2 weeks continuously and then not for a week and now there calling again. No one answers when i pikcup and no one leaves a message. They call all hours of the day, when im at home or at school. Im on a cell number so how do they even have the number?! The worst thing is, im fifteen for f**king sake!

Same problem for me... free camera & vacation offer.  I asked them not to call, but they continued.  Finally got a supervisor who offered to come over and sleep with my wife.  

Next I called Verizon who can only help by changing my number.  I called the state attorney and they are sending me out a complaint form.  In order to fix this, apparently we have to all fill out this stupid complaint form before it will be seriously addressed.  Please take the time to do so to help stop this problem at the root.

They call me every day and just sit there and sometimes they hang up on me.
