BI - Marketing companies buy and sell information all the time (phone numbers, mailing addresses, etc.).  Welcome to the information age, maybe you should try to learn something about it before you criticize people for things that you obviously know nothing about.

I just received two phone calls in a row.  Have no idea who they are but need it to stop. This is company cell phone and I assure you I've NEVER called a phone sex number. Why isn't there a place to report this 8008889999 with the government.  This is illegal when you've put yourself on a no-call list isn't it?

Well now I'm unhappy. Thankfully I can block the number but I got it as an incoming request for help from a lead service I pay for online.  I called it just to see if the number was real and now I probably added myself onto their list.  

Just to make matters worse, I sent it to a friend and jokingly congratulated her for "going into business" for herself.

I guess the jokes on me now because I didn't think to research the number until after I sent the text to her.

I see that the number here is 800-888-9999 but I was referencing an auto dialer recorded message number of 888-888-9999.  Apparently all the same company.

Thanks for the info I was receiving these dirty message also, and did not know how to stop it until you gave out the number to actually talk to a live person to remove me off their calling list. She said it would take 5 business days but that is okay as long as it stops.

I really want them to stop calling me! its one serval automated calls that leave voicemails with sexually explict content. For anyone getting calls and messages from this number, the company's name is DIALENT and their direct phone number is 800-411-2345. All you have to do is call and ask them to remove your number.

Left a prnographic mesaage on my cell's voicemail. Calling the number back connects you to a phone sex line.

i'm a girl and i get called by this number at least twice a week. i never signed up to be on their calling list either. its not just guys that they call.

They have been calling our home phone for over a month about once a week. They have left messages on our machine and it's always the same lame sex call.
I called the 800-878-2894 someone posted. They say they will put our number on a their do not cal list.
I asked who they are and was told it is Credit Card Services. They also have a very bad reputaion on phone abuse.

It's not rocket science to dial 11 digits on a phone. Some may be calling and now getting caught with their pants down, but it's small minded of you to assume its all who initiated the call first!
