Just noticed a $9 charge and searched the number to find all the complaints, sure enough I've been charged a recurring $9 each month!  I called the number and they said I signed up after placing an order on vistaprint back in May of 2005...those pop up offers they show...which I never participate!  Holy S!@#, I've requested a full refund of the charges and they say I should see it in 3-5 business days...I hope so.  Think I'll be posting a few more warnings on other sites and contacting vistaprint about how unhappy I am.

I bought a cellphone from Wirefly.com 4/07 and had no idea that $10.00/mo. was being put on credit card. Just briefly looked at statements online banking. All that shows up isShoppers Discounts 068510000 ct. us 1-800-889-8776. I called my credit card comp. and I am getting this years ($40.00) credited back and got a confirmation number for the other 4 yrs. 8 mo. worth of charges. DO NOT BUY FROM WIREFLY.COM. How can it be legal for them to give out that info legally?

I have had 12 dollars a month stolen from my account for over 22 months, if I do not get a complete refund, I will call the magistrate. This is stealing no matter how they portray it.

For me it was $12 a month.  All I can say is don't click the discount option.  They were polite in cancelling the "service" and come to think of it I didn't save any money on anything in the process.  A sucker i am no longer!!

The company that signed us up was allposters.com, we will never be using them again!

Make sure that you are very firm about wanting your refund and make sure to tell them that you think they are crooks. They will tell you that policy is that they will refund the last month's fee, but stay on them about getting all the fees back, especially if you have never been to their "discounts website." They'll give you all your money back in the end.

CROOKS LIKE THIS MAKE ME SICK!

These guys are TOTAL fraud! I have been charged 7 times to my credit card and did not even realize! I am only getting back 2 of those 7! It was from allposters.com

They are well aware of people complaining and really had nothing to say about their fraud activity.

WATCH OUT!

ordered a item from Carol Wright gifts and found out from this website that this is a scam related to that purchase.  I too NEVER authorized this membership - when I clicked on it to get info I never proceeded with the website because I wasn't interested.  Will be calling in the am and forwarding to the Indiana Attorney General's office - consumer complaint division for further follow-up.

I've received this charge on my statement for the past 3 months, ever since I purchased some flowers for my Grandma for Xmas. I called the number and spoke to this mannish sounding lady named Kathy who went into this schpiel of how I clicked a link that gave them my email and credit card info, etc when I know that wasn't the case. She hurried me off the phone and said an email would be sent to me detailing me "termination of membership" and hung up. SHADY

I'm going to let everyone I know about this. Marketing and purchasing on the internet can be very deceptive.

I'VE BEEN CHARGED $12 FOR THE PAST 5 MONTHS DUE TO THIS SH*T COMPANY.  THE MAN SAID THE FIRST MONTH WAS FREE MEMBERSHIP (WHEN I HAD PURCHASED FROM ANOTHER SITE) AND EVERY OTHER MONTH WOULD HAVE A CHARGE.  He said he'd credit my account back  $60 within 3-5 business days.  EVERYBODY REPORT THIS!

I just saw the $12 charge on my bank statement and figured it was from VisionDirect.com (for contact lenses).  I will be calling this Shopper Discounts "company" to tell them to reverse the charges.  I really hope they don't give me any more sh*t because I am NOT happy with this.

I bought an item from Buy.com and after placing the order. I got an offer for $10 discount for next purchase from Buy.com. I thought Buy.com was offering me the coupon. I clicked to accept the offer. I got an email from Shopper Discounts confirming the coupon. I did not realize it was a third party coupon and did not read the fine prints. I got charged $12 on my credit card after a month. I went back to the previous email and read the fine print somewhere in the bottom it says. There is a monthyl membership fee of $12. Who would signup to get coupons for $12 a month. Shopper Discounts is a fraud. Please be cautious when accepting any coupons from Buy.com

We need to call police to send them to jail.
That is not right.
if some people don't check their account. Their money are gone!
Is that not illegal?
They don't even get my approve.
I called them to ask how can they get my card no.
They said they got from about 250 companies from the shop store I bought somethings before.
and They want me to give them my information to cancel that.
I am not stupid to get them my information and they will steal it to do bad things.
some said that is $12 per month. Bu***hit. They took 2 times my money away in one month though...

My dad got the same thing on his credit card! I think it's because my sister  bought something online and then when his credit card statement came, it said Shopper Discounts and it said that it charged $12. When my dad called the number and asked what the product was, they hung up.

What should my dad do to resolve this issue?!

Noticed the $10.00 charge on my account about a week after it occurred while looking at my online bank statement. Shopperdiscounts 800-8898776 CT was the info it gave.
Everyone seems to believe that purchasing something at a certain website brought about some scam, which I too believe. For me and my husband though we only make purchases using Paypal, we also make credit card payments online too...now that REALLY concerns me.

Same case here. i just finished calling and they said that I would get a refund. Very easy to cancel and get a refund. Note: make sure you make them cancel every month you have been charged!!! This woman insisted she only saw one month until I read off the dates to her.

I also sent a complaint to Property Room (propertyroom.com) because apparently they have some kind of deal with the scammers.

I bought a poster online from allposters.com and apparently clicked "yes" on an offer for a $10 coupon which I believed at the time was from allposters. I didn't read the fine print, which apparently says I'm signing up for a membership to receive coupons (shopper discounts) through email. Ya that never happened, and I had no idea I even clicked on this coupon. I guess allposters sells their customer information (names, emails, bank #s, credit and debit card numbers, etc.) for money. Anyways I went to check my balance for the first time in a while since I haven't been spending any money and I see that I was charged $12.00 in July by SHOPPERS DISCOUNT. I went back and looked and saw that I had been getting charged for the past 7 months. I called the number and asked for my refund and cancellation of membership and they said they would refund me for the first 6 months for $72 in 3-5 days. I wanted my extra $12 and they said I had to fill out and affidavit form they emailed me with. I filled it and mailed it to their headquarters and expect my money to be returned soon. They say "it's their policy to only refund the first 6 months" and then they have to review your affidavit form to see if they will refund you more. The funny thing is that they said I had another 4 months to be refunded when I went back and looked at my statements and saw only 1 more. They say they will give me 48 more dollars, fine with me, let's see how it plays out...I will post back to tell you guys if they followed through.
