I called about an advertised "grocery voucher" program that offers $2,000 in vouchers to use like cash at your local store, and then they track your spending. Sounded too good to be true, so I called to check it out--thankfully I must've had a frustrated & honest phone operator because when I was asked for personal information (not even my name--just my credit card number to process the shipping fee) I said, "This sounds like a scam," to which he quickly and quietly replied, "It is, hun. Please don't do it."
