I contacted my bank and my bank will give me my money back as I don't know who they are and my bank can not get ahold of anyone at the number given on the bank statement. Im also changing all my bank information. It is a hasel but I would rather change my information then them have my information and keep charging me.

I received a charge on my acct from the same company, but for $30, I did not authorize this charge & an alternate ph# for their customer support is 866 235 7681.

The same thing happened to me, I found a charge on my acct for $30 & they said that they would refund it & never did, we need to find out who this company is & stop them. The name that they gave me was payday loan protection.

They took $30 out of my account which put me in the red (I only had $14 before that) and so my bank charged huge fees for that and subsequent transactions (I made four before I knew there was a problem). I'm going to complain to my bank in the morning but I don't know what I can do about it. Very frustrating. I'm living on a VERY fixed income and never did business with this company.

They did not call me but the number was on the notes section of the transaction. I tried to call them twice. First time I got a broken recording and they hung up on me. The second time the recording gave me the web address but then put me on hold indefinitely. The website redirects to Google.com.

These people charged my bank account $29.86, money that I did not authorize.  I am reporting them to the BBB & Federal Trade Commission.

I discovered this morning that this phone number charged my checking account in which I do not write checks that is why u have a debit card and now my bank is charging me for this as well as an over draft fee. The bank I bank at says that this transaction came in as a check and I told them that they can look at the history on my account and see that I do not write checks I only use my debit card. I am totally pissed off and I am turning these people in to the BBB.

i have to been scandaled by this and i need to know how and who to report this to.

I never had any problems with think cash. I paid off my loans and everything. I looked at the check that this scam sent through and I wasnt even online trying to get a loan when its dates. Im so sick of us hard working people being scammed by the scam artist and no one doing anything. Im thankful I have a awesome bank

I just checked my account today which I do everyday and I saw this charge for $30. This is truly a scam because I dont have any payday loans that would require this. Im contacting my bank as soon as they open. When I go to the stupid website customersupport.com it takes me to google. WTF I have this day and age when everyone is trying to scam hard working people.

same thing happened to me.....i called they said that they would put my money back never did...they closed their website because i kept emailing them...still nothing...they took my money and wont return it.....

this phone number is a scam i just woke up this morning and 64 dollars is out of my account who is these people im calling the feds do anyone know who they are because when you do im going to f*** them up

$30 was taken out of my checking account for a Pay Day Protection.I have no idea what this is.This caused me to have a $35 overdraft charge.$65 for something I have no idea what this.I have never had a payday loan.How can we get these scam artists?

Me too! Three times in December and once now. Cannot get a hold of anybody at their 800 numbers and they are not responding to emails. this company took money from my account and i did not authorize it.

I think these people are getting us via online payday loan websites and text messages, 'cause the debited my account for $30 via a check I didn't write nor authorize.  I try to stop these texts by replying "STOP!", but I think somehow they're getting our info form these companies we're giving our info to.  It isn't right and would like someone to put "STOP!" to this permanently.  This the third time I've gotten bit by something like this and it's getting old!!

I called these ppl and they told me its was payday loan insurance..they calleed me from a 1-888-978-8045 number ..  I asked the man where the loan was from he said he couldnt provide the info.   I was debted 30.00 dollars from a bogus check I do not use checks at all. I mean everything is debit nowadays ebt's and such.  My credit union reversed the transaction because  i said it was FRAUD!  I also called them and told them I have notified the police the ftc so  i will keep u guys abreast of the outcome.
This is super annoying knowing that we are in the holiday season and ppl are saving and spending money for family etc for someone to be stealing your hard earned money IT HURTS! the website  is www.customersupportsection.com

The company is out of Washington, Utah (down by St. George), but the Sunland address isn't correct - they are operating out of a UPS store at 1055 W Red Cliffs Dr #C-525, 84780.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT INFO OFF LINE BY ALL MEANS. THE B*****DS GOT ME FOR 30.00 DOLLARS MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IS GONE TO CREDIT MY ACCT. AND I OPENED A NEW ONE. GOOD LUCK TO ALL

Con't from above.  The numbers that were given to all of us to call, including the email address was a customer service company that has now dropped Click wit as of 3 wks ago.  Thanks Rebecca for the above suggestion I will be going to the bank tom.

taking money out of my checking account when I did not sign anything to have money taken out of checking account.

I received the same charge and disputed it with my bank who said that they cannot refund me my money because the company deals with payday loans, and I applied for one. I called the 1-800-895-9916 number on November 8 and was told i would receive a refund. It is December 2, 2010 and still no refund and the people at the 895-9916 number say that they do not handle calls for the company anymore and do not know what to tell me.
