This number has called my cell phone 5 times in the last 2 hours!!!! They do not answer when you pick up, nor answer the phone when you call them back. They should be on a blocked list. This is ridiculous.

Finally got a hold of this company today because they called me!  Their customer service # 888-829-2430.  I told the sales person about the numerous calls, hang-ups, etc., and immediately asked to be escalated to a manager.  I was kinda surprised to see that the manager listened with apparent patience and concern to my problems about their calling me too much, hang-ups, etc, because I wasn?t in the nicest mood when I described my situation.  And I told her that when I call back the number on my caller ID, no one ever seemed to answer the phone, that I was stuck in a "terminal queue".  She also told me that another manager had receive a similar call earlier on the same matter just before me.  She said that he was appreciative that I called and would immediately look into solving the problem, which I actually believed she would.  

Not too much later she actually did call me back (I missed her name again dang it!) and told me that because of my call, and the earlier call, they had did learn of some technical problems in their telephone system and that the # on my caller ID was incorrect, and that they fixed it so all calls will now go through to customer service properly.  She was actually really glad that we talked ? and very concerned that they caused a problem.  Anyway, despite what I previously thought, they actually did seem to give a ?you now what? and said they are correcting the problems immediately.  After first believing that this company was a questionable, I have to admit I ended this call pretty satisfied.  I actually don?t think we?ll have much more of a problem with them anymore but ?the proof is in the pudding?.  Let?s see how it goes.

This number calls several times each day.  I have reported it to the national do not call registry.

LETS ALL REPORT THIS NUMBER TO THE NDNC REGISTRY EVERY TIME THEY CALL.  MAYBE THAT WILL GET SOME ACTION!

I have been calls from this number several times a day back to back for at least 4 days! Hang up when you answer and speak, hangs up when you pick up and do not speak, does not leave a message when you do not pick up. Called and just left the customer service on speaker phone while I work, it has now been playing it's 'your call is very important' every 30 seconds for going on 2 hours!

This number keeps calling.  It hangs up as soon as I pick up.  When I call the number back there is no identification and I am put on hold indefinitely.  I thought I would see how long it would last and did not hang up.  An hour later I was still on hold!  I have reported this number to Do Not Call Registry.

I keep getting calls fromthis number and no one is on the line when I pick up.  11 times today

Constant calls, no messages, they hang up when you answer. Who are these people and how do I get them to stop?

they call everyday at least 3 times I have been on hold with a recording for ever!!!!!!! I do not get why this happens what do they get out of calling?
Very frustrating to say the least love to tell them what I think of them!
