these people call either my home or work at all times and now i am tired of it.  i want this to stop or else i will take steps to stop it by suing them.  at all hours they call.  who the hell are these people.  they need to be stopped and closed down.

Deceptive and unfair business practices. Anything less than full disclosure on contact is unethical and unprofessional. Penn credit does not buy debts they are hired and contracted to collect on their balances.

Legally they are not able to release them name because they are a collection agency learn them law

We have been getting phone calls for my sister in law. We have no connection to her and just really want these daily calls to stop. It's more frustrating when you answer and there is no way to talk to a person!

I've been getting a call from these people for quite some time. I used to ignore the call because it was for a previous owner of the house. After a while ignoring them got very old, as they would call EVERY DAY. Finally I sat through the automated recording trying to get to a REAL person to talk to. But whenever I finally get to that option in the message I can never get through, saying I should call during business hours. They call me between 9AM and 10AM ALL THE TIME... what exactly are their business hours!?
Finally after finding this site I'm going to try and email them with the name of the person they are trying to reach and the account number they give me over the recorded message. Thanks to the person who posted the correct information for this company. If this doesn't work I will be calling them and I won't be in a good mood.

These people call here at least 3-5 times per day with a barely audible automated message. They evidently were debt collectors calling for someone who doesn't live here and cannot be reached at this phone number.   I called them back to tell them to stop the calls or I would report them for harassment.   Admittedly, I was angry because this has been going on for weeks, but the person on the other end of the line said, "You don't have to make an issue out of this.  I'm ending the call."  and then she hung up, but she did NOT assure me that they would discontinue the calls.

Have gotten calls from this number for 2 months. am on DNC list and am having trouble with a woman there when I call  back. Checked with the BbB listing and found a number for my local response to a debt I doo not owe! called it 1-562 712 5153 and screamed at her for 30 seconds before she hung up on me!

i had called the dmv here in tampa,because i had a fine and the courts sent my tickets to a collection agency the exact one that everyone is talking about i had called them and the lady said that the amount that i have to pay is 567.00.and the phone number i have for them is 1-800-900-1380 is this the same number or a different number or have anyone ever called that number.

Third party bottom feeder debt collectors wasting more money then it's worth, trying to collect on something that was cancelled and paid up. Idiots never sent a letter like they're suppose to after the first time they called. Now it's been over a year and they're still calling and rarely leaving a message. Still waiting on that letter. Don't care anymore. Just print some funny money.

Every day I get at least one call from this number. It usually let's it ring only twice and stops. There is never anyone on the line when I pick it up. Today I got fed up and called the number. A recording was the response: "we're sorry, no one is here to take your callm please try again." That sebt me here to this web site.

Why do they call me,I don't anyone a dime?

Someone from this number calls our landline everyday...when my husband answers the phone no one there....they call all hours of the day even on week ends.

hey are indeed a collection agency for hospitals, this 800 number (800-900-1372) seems to be  the only one that will actually get you to a live person!  The number that showed up on the caller ID on my land line (800-900-1374) disconnects you.  The 717 number found on their web sit is a fax number.  Unfortunately for me, I owed the hospital my policy deductible and I haven't been able to make regular payments.  I came to a payment schedule on MY terms.  I don;t know how it goes with the other 49 states, but in Pennsylvania, they usually only garnish your wages for taxes, student loans & child support.  As far as medical bills go, I personally think the hospitals are being greedy, but it's nor worth a bad report to the credit bureaus.  Anything els you can legally fight, fight.  I do!  I probably made a huge mistake giving them my cell phone number, but my mother is very ill, and apparently they've called several times in the past few days and the calls disconnect.  I would rather field the calls on my cell than deal with an upset sick person.  The entity I should be PO'd at is the hospital.  They never even gave me a warning or tried to work out a payment schedule.

I receive calls on my home phone from this company for (2) different people who don't even live at my address.

We keep getting calls from this number for someone else.  I wish our legislators would worry about this nonsense and regulate that than the problems they concentrate on that don't effect anyone.

Frustrating thing is even if it were a call to the right number for whomever owes money, there's no way to pay, no live agent will ever pick up the call. I've over a dozen calls from this number so far this year, all debt collection for someone unknown.

This lame #@! company calls for someone else every time and there is no number button to press to remove my phone number. I am not even the person they are looking for. Also when I pick up and hang up the machine it still runs even after hanging up 6 times. I hate them and that's saying something for a 65 year old man.  Let me rest

This number has been calling my cell for the past month and a half. The first few times I didn't answer. One day I was out with my kids when they called again. I answered, they asked my name I told them. They asked for the number they had called me on. I gave them that. I was then told they had no record of them calling me and no record that they were trying to reach anyone with my name. I asked very politely to remove my number, they said they couldn't since they had no record of my number in their system.

Yet they continue to call daily. I have set their number to automatically go to voicemail when they call me now. I just wish they would stop.

I get these constant calls from collection agencies, and I don't owe ANYONE any money.  My credit is perfect!  When their numbers appear on my tv screen I just pick up the receiver and hang it back up.

DO NOT pay these people! I work for a national corporation, they have somehow got my local store's phone number and a phony name and are trying to claim we owe them over $300. These people are scamming for information and money. I have called them back 3 times and asked them to remove our number and they continue to call.

I've gotten a few calls from this number. Didn't answer, they didn't leave message. Instead of blowing a whistle or turning on the garbage disposal (which will do absolutely nothing to end the calls, just make like miserable for the person having to call you), just block the number. Most phone companies can do this for you now. Just tell them you're getting harassing calls, and they can stop it. Problem solved.
