That is a retarded statement.  24 hour fitness doesn't even have debt collectors.  You either are a member or you aren't.  You pay an upfront, large signup fee, and if you decide to quit, you lose that money.  There is no way to possibly be in debt since you pay at the beginning of the month to use the gym that month.

Get your facts straight before making an a** of yourself in the future.

If I get a call again and if they answer or saying something, I will start harassing the caller.  I think there must be a solution for us as consummers to fight back. I really want to do something about this.

For your Info. I paid my bill AND cancelled properly.. But 24 hour Fitness is so disorganized they can't keep their financials in order.
No I do not owe money. No I do not want to re-sign up. What I DO want! Is for them to stop calling me 6 times a day from 7 am to 10 pm. PERIOD!

they are calling me 3-4 times a day, but they don't want me they are trying to get whoever had my number before, i won't put their name on here. the recording asks if the person is there or if they don't have the number any longer and i always push the button for them not having the number any longer, but they keep calling!!!!

they are driving me nuts!!! i wish they would just go away!!!

I dialed back and it is 24 hour fitness.  The girl there said she is the only one making calls and she had not called us?   So go figure.  We just block it on our phone.  They have been calling every day!

I don't have a bill with 24 hour.  We belong and did a free trial with one child in our house but did not want to sign them up after all.  We have paid our bill but the continuously call everyday at 8:01 a.m. to sign us up for the other members of our family.  They are the most unorganized group of people.

just pay your bills and they wont call you anymore.

Continually receiving calls from these people

I keep getting call for a couple of weeks now from 1-800-900-3194.  I am on the do not call list.
This is annoying and needs to stop.  They call three times a day.

they call three times a day every 3-5 days attempting to obtain a three year cancelled mebership renewal from me,24 hour fitness has been doing this to me for 2 years I paid upfront 2100 dollars for 3 years and then I started my own fitness training after the three years, at a small local Gym they have never quit calling me trying to get a renewal membership and new address information from me,they called today from 1888-900-3194  a recording asked for my name to be confirmed by pressing 1 for yes and 2 for no so I pushed yes and then a live agent came on I did not give him my email or current address to confirm I am who I am again and again I cut him off and demanded he give me his corporate number and he got an attitude telling the number three different ways i called the first one and it was a sex line I called the second one and it beeped like it was off the hook I called the third one and it was correct he hoped i did not demand him to repeat himself slower and more clearer because they record there calls for so called customer service protection,well i have skype I called and told him I had the phone recorded for my protection and the next operator said that i was not coming in clear so they got scared and hung up on me i called back and finally got a girl to remove me from the renewal dept phone database or call list she gave me a ref# and I placed the date time and ref# together for the next time they try again and then i will pursue litigation against them for harassment if we all get together with proof of our harassment claims we can beet these guys and boy cot their business just demand corporate as soon as you get a live rep and then call 1800-900-3196   back or 1-866-308-8179     and press 0 tell them the renewal dept! not collections is who you demand to be removed from the system. then get the ref# then call back again in a day or so to see if you are still in the database use you ref # if requested. they called me today at 2:02 pm I will give it 24 hours and check the database to make sure that I am removed hope this helps...

I got a call from this number, but didn't answer the phone.  When I tried to call this number back, there was no ring, just an annoying siren-line sound on the other end of the line.

they call me several times a day, I don't answer, when I did they asked if it was ..so and so..and then they hung up.  They need to quit pestering people

24 Hour Fitness keeps calling me to renew my membership despite repeated requests to have my number taken off their list.  On the last call they hung up on me.   In the automated preamble, they also lie and say that this is not a "sales call"

I keep getting these calls on my cell phone as well, never even been inside a 24 hour fitness, will do as previous post suggested and call the number and tell them to remove my number from the database.  Just called 1-800-432-6348 and the number in their database belonged to a Jan Whelen, not me, so they are removing my number from the database, or at least that is what I was told.

I have been getting at least 1-3 calls from this number too. I let it go to voicemail and they never leave a message. I pick up and say hello about ten times and no one seems to be on the other end.
Whats the point of them calling??????  To waste people's cell phone minutes?

I have had this problem for over a month.  Call 24 Hour Fitness at 800-432-6348 and tell them them to permanently remove your phone number from their databases.  My phone number was associated with someone by the name of 'Christopher Alvarez' which is not me.  Maybe your number got mixed up with someone else too.  Anyways, after they remove your number, the calls will stop.

my phone continue to display unavailable number, and I don't know who the hell it is. First thing in the morning I received a call from this 1-800-900-3194. They begained to ask me some personal questions about why they have not been able to garnish my check for the payment. They first ask my name and then, they say my home address. Could someone= please!= help me and tell me what's going one.

Several times a day a call comes into our mailroom, 650-655-5887, since no one picks up, it rings into our main switchboard, where I get to deal with it - I answer and it just hangs up.  EXTREMELY ANNOYING how can I get this to stop?

Don't identify themself

I got this call, it said "hello, goodbye".  I think it's becaue my membership is frozen until october. i'm not sure why they have this malfunction.  Usually they are calling me because I didn't pay my bill on time.  I called the number back and no one even said hello, but I could hear everyone in the background.
