It is Lane Bryant advising about a sale.  They normally call about once a month, or when there is a special sale, if you have a credit card with them. They give the number on the called ID as the opt-out number.

Lane Bryant Sale message.  They actually left a voice mail with the same call back number as what showed up on the caller ID.  It's a different number from what they usually call from.
