Sounds like a legit call but I have never ordered perscriptions from anywhere but my local pharmacy and this # is calling my cell phone regularly.

Yes, this is a legitimate company and I've been using their excellent service for years. They have always left a message re notification of order processing or shipping. Suggest you call them to try to resolve the automated response problem.
Remember ........... 1) you are not obligated to talk to anyone on unknown phone numbers 2) if it's important enough your unknown caller should leave a message 3) if caller is rude or pushy just say "hang on a minute", put the phone down, and later, hang up when you the dial tone. TIME is the most valuable asset to sales folks so the longer you keep them on line the more likely you will be removed from the call list. It works for me !!

Any legitimate caller would leave a message. IMHO.

Saying it's a survey gets them around the "do not call" list. The exclusi9ns do not apply to surveys.

Thanks. My grandmother needed to know what this was, and the automated system was cut off by the answering machine. I just happened to jot down the number real quick and look it up. Again, thanks for the info.
