I knew it was a scam just by looking at the logo on the letterhead. It's blurred like a bad photo copy.  The address 657 Rivona Rd, Sandton Johannesburg, according to google maps is a bus stop. Not to mention every fake lottery I have ever won has come out of Johannesburg. Why would an internatonal lottery mention powerball, mega millions etc(that are not international lotteries) in the fight against HIV/AIDS. Nobody collects money for a cause and raffles off $2.8million of it.
These guys are idiots. Sad part is there are people dumber than them that actually buy into it.  

Just in case there is someone out there who would like to pay me a large amount of money for no reason....
