Received a call from 1-800-125-1798.  When I call it back it automatically disconnects.  Has anyone else experienced this?

I got a call from 8007375280 tried calling back and it says number disabled. Wtf?

Called this morning and left no message.  Never saw this number before

Please whom ever it is stop calling my number I am trying to find out who keep calling me from this number.

I think this phone number is related to Job.com. I got this phone number calling since I was forced to join job.com while submitting a job. To answer these a-holes' call you start with saying nothing while picking up the call, then an a-hole will start talking. I requested them removing my phone number from their system. But I don't think this will likely work. I probably have to report them to FTC for their malpractices.

Never inquired about college, these people keep calling, today was 5 in a row! I keep telling them to stop, and they just keep harrassing me!

1-800-913-8533 calls my cell phone every morning. I wish this number would stop calling my cell phone and charging me every time I answer it.

This number has called me several times. I have asked to be removed from the list and thery still keeo calling. Make it stop.

They keep callung me

They hang up when you answer and have their line to play a message that says the number is disabled. I recommend getting google voicemail so that you can block these callers but the problem is, they don't leave voicemails. Really annoying. Can we find this company and murder whoever manages/own it?

Yeah I received a call from this company as well.  It's a combination of what people have said so far in these post.

1. Signing up for jobs.com or any other job searching web site.
The thing is when you sign up for these job search company's they sell your number.
You want to get the company's name from their website and go to that particular company's website and apply through them.  Also if they say you can only apply through the job search company's web site call the company you are applying for.

2. If you pick up or answer the phone? They discover that it is a working number.
They will sell your number to colleges on line and other company's.

Best thing is to not answer.  If it is that important they will leave a message.

They call but do not leave messages. When I call the # back it says that the # has been disconnected. It is very annoying

this makes sense bc I did sign up for job.com then and they called me too.

They have called me twice today stating they are calling from the college as a follow up. This is a BS scam.

This number has been calling me for the last several days. No one is on the line and then they hang up. When I call back the number says it has been disabled. I have had at least 10 calls in the last 3 days. Must be a scam

Curious if you signed up for jobs.com - that's when the calls started on my cell. Have basically YELLED at them to stop and they continue to call, many times a day.  I believe it is the "further your education" thing.

So why do I keep keeping calls from this number?!! Where and how did they get it? The one time I picked up, there was no one there. Then when I try calling them back it says "This number has been disabled" This is really starting to piss me off.

I have been receiving a call every day for the past week from this number.
When I answer the phone there is a long silence, then I hear beep, beep, beep and the phone disconnects.
I don't have any idea who this is.  It's just so annoying

I've been recieving these calls for over a month. At first it was every day, sometimes twice. When I'd call back it said the number was disconnected. I had never answered before and they never left a voicemail. It stopped for about a week and today I got another call. I answered and I didn't say anything. The woman said my name three times and finally hung up. I think next time they call, I'll have something loud and obnoxious to play into their ear.

I had the same call that do u want to return to college. then i asked how did you get my number. she said nothing. then i hang up. Never answer this call just hang up. sometimes they say that u never have to pay tax again. i just hang up if they say that.

I have received three calls from this number, with no contact made. When I called it back, a recording said this number was deactivated. Stop using my phone number.

Just got a call from this number - they said nothing.  When I called back, message stated 'This number has been disconnected'.  Worked just fine when they called.  Sounds like a scam.

This number has been calling my numbers, which are on the do not call registry.
