Mortgage scammers who spam craigslist with phony property lists.

I don't know what city all the townhouses are being posted in but there is one being advertised in my town too. Don't call the 800 numbers that are on here. A lot of people have been running into issues with other ads on craigslist linked to different 800 numbers with prices that seem too good to be true.

I called this number to find info on a 2bdrm rental advertised on craigslist. After asking me the posting #, the young lady "heather" informed me the rental was still available then tells me she is going to give me a "7 day trial" to obtain the owners contact info and check out other listings. Right then and there I knew something was wrong. She then goes on to say how for $1.95 (which can be taken from a credit card) we can get started. When I said I didnt have a credit card, she asks "well is there anybody near you who can loan you one". That was more than a red flag. She never even mentioned how much the fee would be after 7days. I quickly ended the call without hesitation. I would recomend that anyone who comes into contact with these guys beware of what you say.

Sounds like Anchorhouse Financial. They want your credit card number, charging you $200 for a list of properties you can get elsewhere for free. If you don't give them the umber they get hostile.

This is not a real property for rent. These people are con artists.

I seen this number on Craigslist attempting to rent a 2br townhome. I was going to call it because the price was reasonable but now I don't know
