Claimed something about the FCC requires something from me verifying that I chose Frontier and they didn't just give it to me, I told the lady I didn't believe her and she wanted to give me Frontiers number to confirm this, I told her I will get the number myself since she can just give me any number. Going to be adding my numbers on the DNC list and have a serious talk with a Frontier rep. I've never heard of this FCC "rule". If this happens again after I do some checking in to the law I will pursue this because claiming fake laws is f***ng stupid! This is a new one for me, usually I get other types of spam calls.

Jan 7, 2014  got a call and picked it up as my phone was taking the  message.  Not a person but a recording.  Had to #69 it to get the rest of the #.  Cost me $.75.  Yuk!

Called me twice today 8/23/2013.  Caller id says unknown name.  I answered the second time and a recording says "we are experiencing technical difficulties.  Please try again later".  Uh, ok.  Will not answer again.

Frontier has been my landline provider since they took over from Verizon.  My landline phone can call out but cannot receive calls.  Talked with Frontier Customer Repair service this morning.  Later I got a call on my cell phone from this number, but I missed it.  The landline still does not receive calls, so the problem isn't fixed.  Seems like there'd be no reason to call my cell phone if the landline wasn't working yet.  They're supposed to call the landline when it is repaired.  So this is apparently a marketing call not directly related to my problem.

I called on my cell phone (I have Verizon) about service at my work telephone (work has Frontier) and the next morning I received 3 calls within 20 minutes on my cell phone from 800-921-8101.  I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number.  I guess they have me now - shouldn't have used my personal phone.

At 0130 hours, 12/18/2011, a Mexican man speaking broken English called and woke me up asking,  "Do you want Business?". I couldn't understand him, so he handed the phone to an even creepier sounding Mexican man who asked me the same.  I told them not to call back. They said Ok. This morning I signed-up for Frontier Internet service.  Apparently Frontier has a leak.

Got another call Tuesday, called em again.
Got another call Wednesday, have to wait till Tuesday to tell them to disconnect the phone! I'm a frontier customer. They make harassing calls to their own customers! Unbelievable!
This has been going on for months now. Even if you call them and tell them to stop the harassing calls continue.

Frontier called me about High Speed Internet, Dish Network, and Phone bundled into one package. Pushy salesperson told me wanted me to try it out for a month and see if I liked it. I had Frontier in the past they were nothing but headaches. I told them to stop calling me. I don't want to be on their calling list. They told me that could take 6 weeks.

I really want to get rid of Frontier for good since every offer involves a sneaky contract or has a catch. Hopefully the cable company will have phone service here soon.

Odd thing for a telemarketing call from our dear Frontier friends is that the caller was quite young and there were at least two kids screaming and pounding on things in the background loud enough that the caller was inaudible.  Hung up.

I work at Communication Solutions, LLC, and phone solicit on behalf of Frontier Communications.  The program provided (Liberation) is slow to pick up the calls, so by the time we hear the beep to inform us that someone is on the line, you have already said hello one to three times, depending on how slow the program is wanting to be.

The call at least once a week.  I can hear people talking in the background.  I say hello and they hang up.  I call it back and get the Frontier automated service menu.  I have Frontier for my service provider (they recently bought out Verizon here in Iroquois County, Illinois), but when I enter my phone number to get support, it says Frontier does not service the number.  I called my local office and they have no idea why I would be getting the calls, but they are looking into it.  Its just annoying because they always call when I am ASLEEP.

No name, just the number. If it is indeed Frontier, they just bought out Verizon for our area. I have no signed contracts with them, email or otherwise and it was listed with Verizon to not call. I'm on the do not call list, so I'll be turning them in if it continues.
