I received the same call about money off.  Mine was for $27 off my ATT wireless bill.  Only problem, the number I have was issued by ATT, but I ported it to another wireless company almost 10 years ago.  They're just going by who was assigned you prefix batch.  Definitely a scam

I've gotten this call on a regular basis.  It's amusing that they would offer me money off my Verizon bill -- I'm on AT&T.  Blocked and deleted.  

I'm receiving calls that say that I can save $21.00 or $27.00 on my ATT bill by logging into a specific website.
I called ATT and they have nothing on file regarding saving these amounts. 800-922-5555

Apparently now they've moved on to AT&T for their scam, robocall telling you to log onto att27.com

Same here... just got a call from 800-922-5555 saying I would get $27 off of my bill if I went to ATT27.com   It is a phishing attempt.  Do not go to att27.com  It's a phishing website.

I just got a call from 800-922-5555 saying I would get $27 off of my bill if I went to ATT$27.com    SCAM!

The robo- call from that number came to my cellphone AND my husband's, within 5 minutes of each other, offering to refund $27 from each of our phone bills if we would log into our AT&T account at www.att27.com.  Scam.

Missed the call, went to voicemail.  The voicemail said that I should go to www.att27.com for a rebate on my account.  

Scammer called 10 minutes ago on my cell with the AT&T offer. I have been putting off the purchase of a call blocking device but between scams and political calls it is time for me to act.

Just got a call from this number & let it go to VM. Told me to go to www.ATT27.com for a rebate on my account.
Definitely a phishing scam.

This is a scam saying that you earned a $27 credit by going to at&t27.com

We kept receiving calls from this number.  It was an automated call which left messages, claiming that if we logged in to our Verizon account, we would receive a $64 dollar credit.  We do NOT have a Verizon account - so we could NOT have taken advantage of this scheme, even if we had wanted to.  However, we use Consumer Cellular for our cell phone service.  Our guess was that, IF we called the 800 number mentioned in the automated announcement, we would end up getting our current cell phone provider SLAMMED - and discover some time next month that we had inadvertently switched  from our preferred cell phone provider to Verizon.  In this area, Verizon is the successor of QWEST - and QWEST used to pull stunts like that all of the time. So we did NOT bite on their "offer" to get dollars off our "our"  Verizon account!    

I got a similar call tonight on my Viaero Cell  with a $48 reward off my bill if I would go to their website and sign up.  I could tell from the voice that it was a scam so did not follow their directions.  When I checked out the 800-922-5555 I was surprised to see that I am the only one from Viaero reporting yet anyway.  

All three lines received the call except it is an anonymous number. Dumbasses.

got the 800-922-5555 call today.  I didn't answer.   If I don't know the number I don't respond.  Pretty simple.

Fake number calling about trying to give me 180$ off my plan, when it doesn't even go up to 180$. Obviously a scammer.

Scam -- automated message saying I have $64 due me on my Verizon account, and telling me to visit www.verizon64gift.com to claim it.  Scared to even go on the site, so I Googled it first -- yup, a scam.

I received a call from 8009225555 number way to early on a Sunday morning. Some one should kick a** on these morons.

Got a call from 8009225555 to each of my phones at the same time. No response when the call was answered. Annoying... they called a cell phone

I just got an automated msg. from this number on my voicemail.  It was breaking up but it said something about getting $30 or $130, from Verizon.  If Verizon wants to give it to me, then I'll see it in my next statement. ;) It definitely didn't seem legit.

Received a call from this number today.  Automated message told me to go to myverizon45.com to collect $45.  It's a scam.  It's a phishing website designed to steal your information.

Received a similar call today but they used the number 800-214-2865. There seems to be no way to stop these scumbags. I block their number, and they use a different one. Verizon needs to intervene for their customers.

Scam, they are giving another website now www.myverizon45.com.  Do not go there.

8009220204 actually IS the number for Verizon customer care.
